There's gotta be something. Even though people say they aren't scared and not to be afraid- they aren't you are they? You are allowed to be scared.

I have had some issues with my stomach and went to the doctor after about a week. I've been through many different doctors and procedures and found out I have Chron disease. It's not uncommon, but it's not very common either. 396 out of 100,000 annually. I know there's medicine and if I watch myself I can live a "normal" life- but I'm terrified. I'm terrified that I'll look like a freak with special needs. I am terrified of it.

I don’t know if this counts but I’m terrified I’m not good enough at my job. I’m a mental health nurse and I’ve been told by many other health professionals and patients that I’m very good at what I do, but I’m crippled with the fear that I’m letting everyone down.
I’ve convinced myself that I’ve managed to somehow blag my way through. I have very real imposter syndrome and it’s all consuming at times.
