Just as the question says, any living creature, be it something on land, sea, or air. It has to be a real creature. I'd like a great white.

I already have the ultimate in pets. A cat. She is beautiful, loving, and independent. I wouldn't trade her for any other animal.

I’d have a Trumpf. Just feed it enough snacks and pet it every so often.

I don't understand the question. Cats exist.

I've always wanted to have a ferret, but I live in California where they are illegal to keep as pets :( I'm happy with my small horde of dogs and cats, but it would have been nice to have a ferret one day XD (For those surprised I didn't say "wolf", would YOU keep another human as a pet? Perish the thought of keeping another member of one's own species as a pet! XD jkjk )

This is an easy answer for me....a Black Leopard or Jaguar. For as long as I can remember that particular big cat has been my favorite animal.

Pine Martin. They are like long-legged, orange and dark brown ferrets. They are wild things, and not suitable for a pet, but so beautiful. Also not suitable for a pet but on the wish list of my dreams, a least weasel. So tiny and busy!

I'm actually not really a pet-person. I think that animals should just be free and not "belong" to humans.

Anyways, I'd absolutely love to have a comodo dragon or a horseshoe crab as a pet.

I/my family currently have 2 cats, though. I consider them mostly my cats because they seem to trust/like me more than they like my partner and kids. They are outdoor cats (I will not have that discussion, but downvote me all you want) and they are great kıllers. But they will also come to me if I call their names and they purr the day away when I'm around. So that's cool. I like my cats a lot and I make sure they are well-fed and up to date with vaccines etc. But still, I'm not much of a pet-person and I grew up in a home where I was told cats were evil and bad animals. But here we are. Having re-homed the cats and liking them and making sure they are having a great life.

Can I have a pet human? My cat is too independent to be a pet and she never pays attention to anything I say. Maybe I'll have more luck with a pet human?

I'd love to have a beaver or two. They're just so sweet and loving. If you watch them with their babies they're just the best parents. Apparently their coats are super soft, too, and they like to sleep curled up with their family members. They have so much character, too. I know they couldn't live in a house, or the average garden, but if it were possible, I'd love to have one
