Our cat Hootie used to bring in snakes. He's come in with them hanging out of his mouth. And he never left a mark on them. I could usually catch them, but one got under our stove. Lived there for months. I actually made sure it was fed. Grabbed it one day when it came out to eat. Released into the desert - it had a nice warm place to spend the cooler winter months :)

My friends cat did that when he was a kitty, she got him during summer and I dont wear socks during summer. Visits and sleepovers suddenly got scary. He also likes to sleep on our faces as he got older. This cat as an freaking adult was 8+ kg and HUGE, a housecat on steroids. Still miss getting greetings from him when i go to work. RIP Mist

Very Cute. But seriously Christmas is a health hazard for cats and other animals. Swallowed tinsel can tear their intestines. Those little balls can break and plastic or glass tiny shards can do serious damage to paws and noses. Some Christmas plants are *very* poisonous. Please pleeeeese have a chat to the Vet nurse and get some (free) information about protecting your animals. Do NOT believe everything you see on the net, some is just plain wrong. Over feeding at this time - with the wrong foods - can also make your pet realllly uncomfortable and sick.

We got him as a very scared 6 month old kitten from a rescue centre, I don't know what had happened to him but he didn't like being touched. He still wees on things very occasionally even with a fresh litter tray. Pickle is 7 years old now and a cuddle monster! He can be a bit scratchy at times but so so affectionate, he's come a long way!. And has a big tabby brother who he adores :-). This kitty has a home for life, I love him to bits :-)...don't worry, I bought new shoes!

OWWWCH !! I'm cringing here. suggest you carry a water pistol for a while, squirt the cat in the face just *before* contact. Spend extra time amusing and loving your cat in the part of the house where the jumping does NOT happen. Talk to a vet nurse for free guidance and info about training cats - it can be done, just different to the way dogs are trained. I have multiple issues with my vision and I am very worried about you all.
