I am a dog person myself. Cats are beautiful, soft, silky and very expressive. But, they are also very demanding, they jump on counters, lay on your keyboard, judge you constantly, and NEVER listen. Plus there is the littler box situation. My dog is beautiful, soft, expressive, and not too demanding. She can't reach the countertops, even if she wanted to. She does not lay on my keyboard, judge me (at least not too much), and she usually listens and does what I say. (Usually.) AND, she does her business outside. Cats will always be funnier, but for me dogs are easier.
