35 Sarcastic Comics That You’ll Probably Need To See Twice To Understand By Gudim (New Pics)

He has a unique and imaginative artistic style that is characterized by a distinct blend of weirdness, sarcasm, and thought-provoking themes. One of the standout features of Anton's art is that it is dialogue-free, making it accessible and enjoyable to audiences from all backgrounds and cultures. He often tackles socially relevant issues in his work, and while he doesn't set out to create comics that are outright hilarious, his dark sense of humor often results in art that is both thought-provoking and amusing.

Just like in previous articles, Bored Panda reached out to Anton Gudim, the author behind these comics. We started off the interview by asking the artist about any significant inspirations or influences in his life that may have played a role in shaping and honing his artistic style.
"It is challenging for me to identify the specific factors that have shaped my artistic style, but I will attempt to highlight the main influences. Growing up in Russia in the 90s, I was exposed to a blend of traditional and Western culture. My older brother and I were big fans of comics, American cartoons, and video game consoles. We would often create our own comics featuring characters from American culture." Anton told us.
"As I grew older, art was not my primary occupation. I studied and graduated with a degree in engineering, focusing on mathematics. As an engineer, I found my work unfulfilling and felt a longing for something more. This led me to return to my childhood hobbies, but now with a more mature perspective and worldview, which I apply to my comics, in order to make them relatable and thought-provoking."
FREEEEDOOOOOMMMMM!!! Is what they're saying

Load More Replies...Although I understand the joke here, red and blue -> police. But in my country, you get what we call "ghost" police. Police driving in unmarked cars on purpose. They will be in full uniform, just in a car that looks completely normal. This is to counter criminals and drunk drivers trying to avoid them, mostly at night. Not sure how "legal" that is, but it happens.
We have some where I live that look ordinary but when the light hits the side of the vehicle in a certain way you can see the word Sheriff on the side doors. Definitely "ghosty" looking.
Load More Replies...We wanted to gain insight into Gudim's creative process and techniques for overcoming any obstacles he may face as an artist. The artist shared that despite the projects he has been working on being an eight-year-long endeavor, he still enjoys the process of creating comics and sharing them with their audience.
"Even after 7 years, I still find joy in creating comics for my projects and sharing them with my audience. However, alongside the artistic aspect, there are also various administrative and business-related tasks that need to be managed on a daily basis such as preparations for exhibitions, commercial projects, collaborations, and the preparation of materials for a future book, signing acts, and contracts, and so on.
While the workload and schedule can be demanding and at times overwhelming, working in this rhythm for a long time is tiring, but I am able to manage these episodes, and overall, I am content with my work."
Last Christmas I gave u my money, But the very next day, u gave it away
Can you explain your comment? 'cause that's MY name
Load More Replies...The artist also shared that he has received a variety of reactions to his work ranging from positive to negative.
"I've received a wide range of reactions to my work, from delight to hatred (who would have thought, this is social media after all). In this regard, the most significant thing for me is the assessment of people close to me and people involved in creativity."
Where do I get some? I'll buy ten of these, walk alone at night, with headphones, headbanging the whole time!
You can use the same spray - just use lots of it, and it switches from attractive to deterrent
Who says that "No husband =lonely " sometimes "No husband = A lovely life with a great carrier and lots of time". And if you won't use the spray you might get kidnapped, murdered, r@ped or worse, welcome to womanhood. Better to be safe then married.

Wayne Sermon rides his scooter, but the battery was low so he carried it.
At my work one of the meddling staff members mangaged to get the cafe to go "sugar free" because she was on a health kick. My issue is they still have juice boxes, breakfast milkshake poppers. They changed it when I pointed out juice has just as much sugar and the breakfast things (up n go) are packed full of it. So now we have the same thing but one with the words no "added" sugar on the label 🙄
Beeps 8 minutes ago This is a public service announcement: When you see one of those annoying bot posts that say something along the lines of “I am making 90 US dollars an hour, blah, blah, bla….” click on the three little dots next to the commenter’s name and then on ‘report’. Next, select ‘spam’ from the drop down list that appears. This usually gets the comment removed relatively quickly.
But it’s so much more fun to downvote the f#ck out of them…

The expression on the stuffed animal tho... It has seen things.
Mobile Task Force Unit Epsilon-11, designated Nine-Tailed Fox, has entered the facility. All remaining survivors are advised to stay in the evacuation shelter, or any other safe area, until the unit has secured the facility. We'll start escorting the personnel out when the escaped SCPs have been re-contained.

Partially that but I actually think it's the fact that dying dark hair blonde is incredibly bad for it and leads to hear breakage, hair loss and degrading the hair itself... O it's like you wanted this hair just to mistreat it again.

Yep, blow 'em out before a tiny lumberjack chops them down
Load More Replies...It's a "Get well soon" cake. Too many folks on here comment about everything else BUT the subject (s) being presented to us.
Please please please stop blowing out candles on the cake. Have a separate cupcake with the candle in it. Or have a separate cake. COVID people, the flu, the common cold, just cut it out already
When my son was little I couldn't afford a gym membership. I used him as a weight for the most part, but filled gallon milk jugs with water and put them on a broom as a "barbell". It helps to think creatively when you're broke.
So is bamboo (helping cover up another bad comment)
Load More Replies...I'm pretty sure I don't get it either; all I can think is that since the artist is Russian, it's a comment on spring thaw and what it does to the roads.
Load More Replies...Likely, I gave them an upvote because it's what I do, and AG's comment is not spam or hate speech or inappropriate
Load More Replies...I think those are supposed to be those "Yakima"-brand type storage pods I see on so many cars XD

Load More Replies...In the first panel, we see the person (police? military?) is holding an umbrella. But instead of using the umbrella as intended, the person gets a ladder and beats the cloud for DARING to rain on them. I'm not 100% sure, but it could be meant to convey that certain authoritarian figures/law enforcement/military figures sometimes take offense to the things other people say or do, and will blame and harm innocent people for doing it. "When all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail."
Load More Replies...If you do early morning driving sometimes there's this surreal almost fog where the clouds are just a few meters up; Once I even saw a version where the clouds/fog was in a thinish plane where at ground level you were under it but at the top of a bridge you were over it.
It's only Cancel Culture if it's from the Cancelle region in France. Otherwise it's just sparkling consequences.
Ok but why did people downvote this? It's hilarious
Load More Replies...I feel like the people upset over Cancel Culture now are like the people upset about "frivolous lawsuits" in the 90's. Most of those lawsuits were legit and so are the complaints against most of the people "being cancelled", and the people complaining about it maybe should take a moment for introspection. On the flip side, there's stuff like what happened to the actor who played JarJar from well before anyone said the phrase "cancel culture" that was straight up harassment and very undeserved. That was wrong then and is wrong now.
I think there's some validity to both sides of the argument. I While it is true that most of the complaints being made against people that end up getting cancelled are valid, I think a lot of people just don't think that that's a valid way to handle our complaints, no one improves or changes their behavior as a result of getting cancelled, it just makes everyone hate them, and usually results in then doubling down on whatever got them cancelled in the first place
Load More Replies...So that's why I keep having butterflies in my stomach... Not to self: No more croissants XD
This thing would probably only get an eighth of a mile to the gallon XD

Same. I think I'm a fairly intelligent person, and I enjoy solving puzzles and riddles, but at least half of them just confused me.
