I Was Trying To Enjoy A Nice Bath, But This Happened

Okay, I just have to share this. To whomever took this picture: The exact same thing happened to me when my chocolate lab, Beulah, was around 4 or 5 years old. She loved the bath, but it was always just her in the tub. When I bathed, she would lie on the floor beside the tub and wait for me, and I would talk to her. But on this occasion, she decided to step into the tub and sit down. These pictures are utterly identical to my experience, from her pink collar to the priceless expression on her face. Beulah passed on last July. I really miss her. I wanted to thank you for recovering a very lovely memory for me. Your dog is beautiful!

I've had 3 different dogs that did this. The boxer could move his blanket without unfolding it, then get the other blanket and shake it out and cover himself with it. He preffered not to lay on the bare carpet!

My sisters dog, will steal the blanket off your lap, if she wants it! She will tug on it, give you the stink eye until she gets it, then, take it to her bed and covers herself up to go to sleep! I was kind of shocked she'd steal the blanket, but she did!

the pup wants his human to rub his tummy. I had a darling dog who would come sit in front of me when I was sitting with my legs crossed, and push down on my crossed leg, so that my toes were rubbing her tummy and chest. When my foot would stop rubbing up and down, she would press my foot up and down with her paw, until my toes srarted "massaging" her tummy and chest again. She passed away last year after sharing her sweetness with me for 14 years. Still miss her!

Actually, this is a very, VERY alarming sign. This could men that your dog is having pain in his/her head and you should take him to the vet immediately... it could be serious such as a stroke and another serious circumstances.

Did it ever occur to anyone that perhaps the dog is not thin because the owners aren't feeding them enough, that maybe they just rescued the dog from a terrible situation, or maybe the dog has a health condition, or maybe they're just a naturally thin dog? I get where you're coming from but think before you speak. Photos are just one moment in time. You don't know the full story.

Corn based food is not good for some dogs, need wheat based or rice. Feed twice a day until you do not see those ribs sticking out. If you can feel the ribs under the skin and not see them then you have the right formula.
