I don't remember Aladdin having a lot of stereotypes. Some, but not a lot. The dated pop culture references though - oh man. While I know that The Lion King had some basis in Hamlet (and the sequel had some in Romeo and Juliet, which is something that took me way too long to notice) it's not nearly similar enough to just be called "Hamlet with animals" as the only real similarities are "Prince's uncle kills king, becomes new king", "Prince kills uncle in the end".

Keep in mind on one hundred and one dalmatians, not all of them were Pongo and Perdie's. I think they had 15 puppies, the rest were stolen from pet stores.
