This is so true... People often forget that emotions matter, and negative ones matter just as much as positive ones and should never be suppressed. Our emotions make us human and they should be given just as much attention as anything else in our lives.

Same! I've had to remind some Barista's "please use soy!" When I see they are about to use regular milk. Especially when I'm paying extra for the soy, and my tummy does not agree with cow milk. -- Also before anyone judges.. I've been a Barista before, and it's not that hard to remember tbh.
