Romanian Firefighter Fights For Dog’s Life By Performing CPR
10Kviews
Meet Costache Mugurel, a firefighter who recently saved a lifeless doggie by performing CPR. Firefighters in Romania were called to rescue a 51-year-old man and his dog surrounded by a blaze. The injured man was taken to the hospital, while the pooch just lay on the sidewalk not being able to breathe. As per his training knowledge, Mugurel started performing the life saving technique on the pooch, at one point even doing a mouth-to-mouth. After a number of chest compressions, the dog was ready for an oxygen mask and everyone knew it got a second chance at life.
Local journalist Costi Tudor caught the heroic act on camera and posted it on Facebook with the caption, “Nobody gets left behind.” The internet has showered the kind firefighter with praises, but the man remains humble saying he was just doing his job.

Where is the bravery here?
Because the idea of CPR came right to his mind. And he performed it instantly. Brave people don't hesitate

@Rocha Baby, without risk there is no bravery. Going into the fire = risk. Giving CPR = no risk.
Thank god for him <3
He's a hero! :)
