In order to get good at something (anything, really), you need to constantly challenge yourself. There's no way around it. But these challenges also have to be reasonable. You don't want to throw yourself into something too big too soon. Especially at crafts. Otherwise, you might end up featured on the subreddit r/DiWHY.

Those piercings tend to grow out eventually, leaving a horizontal scar across the bridge of the nose.Adding extra weight to it can only speed that up.
This may look impressive, but it is NOT! This is too permanent and too dangerous for a plethora of reasons.

Not everyone can wear contacts. My eyes rejected them at 18 years of age. Due to dry eye syndrome and even with them help of eye doctors I can not wear contacts. I'm not alone in my battle other eye conditions exist that can't be fixed by contacts.
Not everyone can wear contact lenses, but this is extreme. And painful even to think of.

I dunno. I'm not a fan of this whole "upcycling" nonsense. Where I come from (the West of Scotland), if someone throws something out, there's usually a damn good reason for it.

I will only be able to touch on a few possibilities though. 1) They have nothing else going on in their lives 2) They have EXTREMELY poor taste. 3) They have an extremely poor sense of humor and think what they made is fun or funny. 4) The fact that some if these items are for sale tells me the person thinks there are suckers waiting to be offered a "unique" item no body else in their right mind would have 5) um.... nah...I got nothing.
One can't help but wonder what kind of special morons exist in the world where they think it's "normal" to make things TO SELL out of old teeth, bits and pieces of human and animal parts, dolls with their faces cut out....man, I never want to meet any of the people who do these things as (their sick idea of) "crafts"!
