This Artist Imagined What Would Happen If Coronavirus Hit Disney World (33 Pics)
Interview With ArtistWhile humor can't actually defeat the pandemic, it definitely helps us find positivity and keep our anxieties away for a short while. This is why many artists have been doing their best during this quarantine and coming up with creative corona-related series.
AL, known as @aldoarts to 33.9k followers on Instagram, imagined what would happen if coronavirus shook the Disney world as well. The artist recreates popular corona memes and funny scenarios with some of our favorite cartoon characters. AL finds fun and irony in relatable pandemic-themed situations such as social distancing, the toilet paper and sanitizer craze, overeating, new home-fashion trends, and romantic struggles.
In the artist's illustrated universe, Prince Charming comes up with cheesy quarantine pick up lines and Jasmine has put on some extra weight. Doesn't it sound familiar?

"Some of my recent pieces came about from the COVID-19 pandemic. I have some extra time (and motivation & inspiration) to create them due to being in quarantine. I wanted to find a way to spread some joy and find some light in the situation that we're all in. I thought it was a good idea to combine Disney characters," the artist told Bored Panda.
AL added that Disney has always been major in artist's life: "Disney has always been an important part of my life. I was raised on VHS Disney movies, so having Disney as subjects for my art brings me joy and reminds me of my childhood."
I love this, because when I was a kid I'd always cry at the end of this movie, because I was sad her dad would miss her
I dont think you can read it without singing it in your head.
Load More Replies...How would you put on hand sanitizer? And what about the disinfecting wipes?
Load More Replies...... this made me wonder if mermaid Ariel actually needs to wipe. We never got to see her actual b******e as a fish but she wasn't wearing pants... or a skirt... or anything down there.
38-year-old artist from Northern California works in sales and marketing in the food industry by day. During the pandemic the artist has been fortunate enough to be able to work from home and actually find a lot of inspiration for the series.
"My inspiration comes from life and things that are happening around me. I have a few illustrations about toilet paper—and the inspiration actually came from my personal experience of having difficulties trying to find toilet paper during the pandemic."
I didn't even read the comment, saw Freddie and clicked. Lol Freddir 'Purr'cury

"I decided to share my artwork on Instagram in 2018. I was following a few artists on the app and thought it would be fun to share my own work as well. The feedback I received has been great! The Disney and art community that I interact with have been very supportive."
I'm guessing this is about how many people actually dress for video conferences?
Yeah and a news reporter did this thinking nobody would see but his camera was pointed a bit too low

A lot of people are cutting their hair at home, and it's easy to make a mistake. I'm also upvoting this back to zero, because from the looks of it someone downvoted it because they thought you asked a stupid question, when the only stupid question is the one you already know the answer to, and it's stupid that they downvoted it over something so trivial.

It'll will continue to be a way for me to express myself creatively and be able to spark joy in others. My little way of giving to the world."
I hope no young kids see this, but if they do. REMEMBER HE CAN'T DIE FROM THAT, DON'T DO IT! YOU WOULD DIE!
Next years horror movie: the antibac murders. The killer injects antibac into his victims.
Wasn't that in a Steve Martin movie in the '70s, where Merv Griffin injects Windex in his victims?

For a lot of us, life has slowed down, we’re spending way more time at home, and we’ve got enough spare time to finally evaluate what’s most important to us. Even though the quarantine is scary, it’s also provided us with a whole new perspective on life.
Some of us have rediscovered long-forgotten talents while others have started up new hobbies and projects. Like building cat tanks out of cardboard. Or dressing up in silly costumes when you take your dog for a walk. And some of us have become everyday superheroes by reaching out to the community and lending it a helping hand like the teacher who walks to his students’ homes every single day to bring them food.
Her waist is literally thinner than the distance between her eves. That would look like this: 1BFFED29-D...d-jpeg.jpg

Part of the reason I'm so glad school closed down for me. Nobody seems to realize that allergies are a thing.

If I were Ariel I would turn back into a mermaid and let humans deal with Covid-19 while i'm partying under the sea.
it's windy!! - No, it's not Wednesday, it's Thursday!! - I am thirsty too
But Ariel couldn't talk then. Also lots of these are just movie stills with edited mouths etc
Right 😆 at this point in the movie, she couldn’t say anything.

In China people thought (some people not all) their animals carried the virus and tossed their cats and dogs from balconies to kill them. I’m not being facetious or igniting hate, that was just the news story. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.the sun.co.uk/news/10863349/coronavirus-cats-and-dogs-thrown-to-death/amp/
I too love to look at articles I know I am gonna hate and then comment that I indeed hate them and did this to myself when I clicked on it knowing very well It was something I hated beforehand so the only thing to be complaining abut is my inabillity to not klick on something I do not want to watch yet I did..

I hate it when they shoehorn in things that have nothing to do with the title. Like there's enough of the artist's work to make a covid post, you don't need to throw in all their unrelated Disney stuff. And that one of the Evil Queen with hand sanitizer is just a photoshop of an earlier pic where she's holding a poison apple.
You know Disney is going to throw a fit. Followed by a lawsuit of some kind.
People do fanart all the time, why would this be any different? As long as he's not making money off it they have no grounds to sue.
