Most of us wanted to have a little puppy more than anything else when we were kids. It was certainly one of my biggest dreams! And it came true... But sadly not until I was 18-years-old.
Dogs can be perfect companions for kids. Kids and dogs become inseparable friends, and of course partners in their little crimes.

Every morning kiddo follows Zippy to the puppy pad & announces, “Zippy went pee pee on the paper! He’s such a good boy!” Zippy meets him at the front door, everyday after school, toy in mouth & tail wagging, ready for their usual game of fetch. 2 tiny peas, 1 heart shaped pod ♥️

:) Ellie is a rescue. She was a street dog in Eastern Ukraine. We don't know how she lost her leg but that it was probably around 6 months of age and why this picture melts my heart is because she doesn't let anyone touch her front paw but when Tilly reached for her paw, she was calm and let her. <3

Maya's face haha. They actually ended up being good buddies. My daughter is now 6 years old and Maya passed away last May due to cancer at the age of 10. Maya was my best friend and I miss her every day.

If a dog is trained correctly most of the time it shouldn't matter. Sometimes they have bad days and will get aggravated if your in there face but I have always kissed, booped, and smushed my dogs faces. And lots of other dogs too.
