And when they finish that book, they begin writing a new one. Skyline, and competitor Gold Star, are chili restaurants based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Their unique recipes reflect the Mediterranean origin of the founders. Both serve their chili over spaghetti!!! Love it or hate it, Cincinnati-style chili creates its own niche in American cuisine.
