Zac Retz is a visual development artist who paints and designs for feature films. Among a variety of his works on DeviantArt, one particular set of illustrations stands out from the rest.

It reminds me of the "ghost bike" memorial that is put up here in Utah in places someone has died in bike accidents.

These are absolutely adorable. I really like the style: sweet, innocent exuding so much emotion. I'm not some politically correct activist, obsessed with being all inclusive. But I'm a gay guy who knows that if the same style were adopted to illustrate two guys or girls, it would go down a storm and make the artist a fortune! I would so buy that sort of artwork for my husband!
