Cool thing is there have been scientific studies showing that people with Y chromosomes actually are affected worse by viruses than people without. It's not just them being whiny/overdramatic (though some individuals definitely are), but they actually are sicker. This also leads to higher fatality rates for the viruses that can be fatal.
