Urinals are quicker and more convenient for most men and they use less water. Using a urinal means no lifting the dirty seat and fewer wet spots for those who do need to sit.

Can't imagine a local brewery would need a heap. Most places where I live either have one toilet for the building (like a small shopping centre) or they'll have one or two toilets (one male one female) if they're not connected to other shops.

Probably Nokia. They also sell winter/snow tires with a snowflake molded onto the tread. When the snowflake has worn away the tires are still good for regular use (until they're worn to the wear bars) but no longer useful for extreme cold or snow.
