The trend of unique design party cakes keeps on growing, while talented confectioners gain ever more spotlight in the segment of the edible art market.
Tortik Annushka is a confectionary workshop in Moscow that surprises almost half a million of its followers on Instagram with magnificent cake designs that are, mind you, totally edible!
Even fashion magazines like Elle and Vogue have already made publications talking about these beautiful cakes that look like contemporary works of food art, or otherwise, magical treasures brought straight out of a fairy tale.
But don't take our word for it, scroll down, check the cool cakes, and have an eye feast yourself!

Wow... this is beautiful. It must have taken a lot of patience and skills to get this just right! ✨
This will be my "Goodbye Fellows, I'm moving to California"-Cake. Which fate is never to be baken.
Oops. Regarding the mountain in the background you may replace California with Vancouver. Same fate.
Load More Replies...I need this one. Where is the contact info for the person who made this cake?
Amazing. But I don't think you could cut it without the whole thing coming apart.
Yes and no. There are definitely portions that are either false or doweled to heck, or there is a very carefully covered, custom made pillar and plate set under the tiers. But this is probably a fake regardless for displays purposes.
Load More Replies...Yup it's official, this is a piece of art, not cake. It just needs a sign by it that says "Warning Do Not Touch- Fragile" 😂
Beautiful, but I'm not eating the black frosting...stains the teeth & the "end results" are not pretty, haha!
I bought my daughter this painting, on canvas, when she graduated high school. It's her favorite painting. Then she and her soon-to-be husband picked their own cake for their wedding, it was delicious. Maybe I'll have one made like this for their 5th or 10th wedding anniversary.
This is an incredible piece, great texture, I can see where the inspiration came from, very autumnal
Happy Birthday to my beautiful, talented, amazing, gorgeous daughter, Carey!
My serving better have at least one of those thin-sliced pears on it. The look really lovely and delicious.
It'd be hard to know how to start slicing this one. Imagine those golden squares clattering all over the table and floor.
I like this one too!! So many different colors and textures.
Some of them are nice, but how difficult is it to get a super per pronto off the internet and put.it onto a cake . I love art but this is a no from me. A cake should look like you want to eat it, not destroy a piece of art.
I love the look of the bottom two layers, but I would probably change the tip color. But it is beautiful!!!
OOooohhhh...I love it!!! And I collect stones, so I could do the final decorating myself.
OOOooohhhh! Yes!! Blue, my favorite color of all time. It's beautiful.
I absolutely LOVE this cake! Dying to know what those lil balls are made of!
Perfect for celebrating that Geology degree or your first mining job!
These are just to ugly for what I look for in a decorated cake. Where is the fun?!
After careful analysis it was found the Russian cakes were actually sleeper cakes. And make to spy on American chefs. Their purpose? to take Americas icing recipes for themselves.
They're all so cool and amazing, I wouldn't want to cut them. I'd want to preserve them as art and display them in my house.
I absolutely love the clean lines, modern shapes, the textures and the color combinations. Never seen cakes like these before. However, none of them made me want to eat them, and I am a sweet tooth. I guess it's because my brain doesn't associate the said lines, shapes, textures and colors with what food actually looks like.
