But it's important to remember that their uploads are just snapshots and that they often don't reflect the full story, either. To illustrate this point, we present to you the subreddit 'Instagram Reality.'
Its 1.2 million members regularly share images that expose the fake people online, highlighting just how ridiculous their photo editing has become. There's always more than meets the eye.

What I find most disturbing is what they edit. Some have reduced some enlarged breasts - fine. Some have narrowed or widened thighs - fine. All have smoother skin, that's OK. But why does every single one have narrowed waist - not right. Why does every single change to the eyes have bigger eyes - not right. Why smaller head, longer limbs? It's the attraction towards serious physical illnesses as a beauty standard that throws me.

HATE when this website posts articles like this, it sends the morality and social justice conscience of other articles completely out of whack, it is not ok to laugh at or mock people based on appearance, yes these people have posted photos that are heavily edited to the point of extreme but instead of mocking them perhaps the question should be; why do they feel the need to alter their appearance in photos? obviously most if not all have insecurities about they appearance it is not ok and never will be to to take the p out of them
