We’ve all tried to read more at some point, but it's a lot tougher than it sounds. You settle down, open a book and before you know it, the big zzz’s roll in and you’ve swapped ‘A Tale of Two Cities’ for ‘A Tale of One Sleepy’!
Luckily, Decluttr.com are here to help. The site has taken some of America’s best novels and summarised in an attention-span-friendly 140 characters or less

I didn't read all the posts on this thread initially but did address this further down. I'm giving the title the benefit of the doubt and assuming they meant to say 'America's Best LOVED Novels'. We all know that Americans think they invented everything but we know better :)
Load More Replies...True. But I think it's about the top books that were sold/read/famous/raved in America. :)
Load More Replies...One cannot survive while the other still lives; guess which one dies.
you mean either must die by the hands of the other, for neither can live while the other survives
Load More Replies...i can't believe you haven't! it's amazing, and my favourite!

Both husbands that died she hated. She didn't realize she loved Rhett until he is leaving her.
C.S. Lewis was also a theologian (Christian religious) author, so it should be no surprise that all the books in the Narnia series are actual bible stories. The fist is effectively Genesis
I agree it shouldn't be a surprise. But it made me laugh because you expect the second phrase to say "into a magical snow covered world" or something. Instead it changes from literal to metaphorical in a heartbeat. Funny!
Load More Replies...English, not American. Maybe you should get the title of this article changed?
That's not something I'd admit to people. Your teachers should be fired.
Load More Replies...Islamic Sunni/Shiite Schism transposed to Christianity. Plus bonus bad monk.
JINGLE BELLS TWILIGHT SMELLS EDWARD RAN AWAY JACOB LIES BELLA DIES POTTER ALL THE WAY HEY!!!!! 😂😂😂😂
I love twilight stop insulting it if people wanna read or watch twilight let them.
I mean I've never read it... and I love Harry Potter so much... but you have a point. If the roles were reversed, I'd feel so sad...
Load More Replies...Twilight legitimately sucks. The main character's personality is clumsy and books, once a man leaves her life she loses all will to live. Edward is a bit of a stupid dude. Leave your idiot stupid girlfriend when you know she's lowkey obsessed with you. Jacob is Meh. Carlisle only good character.
I'm sure this has already been addressed someone in the comments but I sincerely hope the main title of this thread relates to 'America's Most POPULAR Novels' - because it sure as hell implies that Charles Dickens and J K Rowling are Americans. And of course, we all know that the Americans invented EVERYTHING in the world, but just no.
Besides the American/Non-American thing, I'd like to reverse this for a moment and think about the effort it took to write some - seemingly - dull stories in ways that made those very stories (almost?) immortal.
