I Wanted To Know How 25 Celebrities Who Left Us Too Soon Would Be Now, So I Used A.I. To Get The Answer (New Pics)
Over the years, we've had to say goodbye to a number of well-known figures from the entertainment industry, particularly from Hollywood. Some of these talented people have left us far too soon, therefore I couldn't help but wonder how they would look if they were still alive today.
With the help of modern technology, I answer this question by using artificial intelligence software to recreate some of the most famous people as older versions of themselves in the year 2022. See how celebrities such as Marilyn Monroe, Princess Diana, and even Elvis Presley would look if they were still with us today.

In my last post, I mentioned that I found out about artificial intelligence and its possibilities while searching for new stories and artists to share on Bored Panda. I was inspired by amazing art and decided to challenge myself and come up with something original and entertaining. Continuing on, I decided to make part 3 to this series, given how much positive feedback I received on the last post.

I love the photo, but I don't think that is an accurate depiction of a 96 year old, at least, none of the 96 year olds I know. They all have wrinkles, of course, but also age spots, scars, and all the rest of the traces almost a century of life leaves on your face and body.

I don't see it. The older woman looks nothing like Marilyn would look today.

Even the AI was confused by Michael Jackson's cosmetic surgery. A bit ironic that the AI added pigment back to his skin too. Michael had vitiligo and would have still been pale as a ghost from the pills he took for the condition.

I thought these were all pretty unrealistic...they all look decades younger than the age they were depicted, and most seemed to be just airbrushed and slightly wrinkled versions of their younger selves. Authentic aging comes with changes to skin color, skin texture, hair thinning, nose lengthening, sagging jowls, weight changes, and all the rest.

I'm sorry but too many of these older "images", have skin that have no blemishes, thus they don't look "aged". It's why they are called "age spots". They look completely airbrushed. I appreciate the attempt, but some of these, I just couldn't see. Especially since the originals, actually had blemishes. Just being real.

I have seen another version of AI with Kurt Cobain that was more realistic and the Carrie Fisher is awful- nothing like her.Unfortunately AI doesn't understand skin conditions and smoking.

None of the women have sagging eyelids. Their eyes look so young and bright as if they have upper eyelid correction or a browlift. Most women look soo much more tired at that age because of those upper eyelids. I could only wish I grew old like that.
