There is a special wurstel cutter..a small cylinder with blade ( similar to an apple cutter but smaller), you cut the wurstel and put them in boiling water for some minutes..the legs curl by themselves! I bought one in Japan years ago but you can find it online easily (you can find also cutter that shape wurstel as small crabs or flowers..my kids adore eating wurstel this way!)
