In Italy there are a few new terms to mean "covidiots", most headcounts are called "deniers", who deny the existence of covid. Pretty much like the fight club, the first thing deniers deny is to be deniers. Then they have a magic wand to recognize fake news by the head title : whatever hospital counts, endless queues, whatever the government says, is fake to horrify people and keep control. Any academic opinion based on facts is for money, while who suggest ridicolous remedies is silenced by obscure powers because they don’t want you to know the truth. No wonder case count rise.
The dumb people I have known are mostly arrogant know-it-alls who know nothing.
Dumb is a very subjective word - it implies negative characteristics when that's not always the case. You can have simple people, who nonetheless live ethically and vice versa, very intelligent people who are machiavellian. Hard to make this statement without defining what is meant by "dumb" - ignorant? uneducated? mentally challenged? simple?

The quotes posted on the Instagram account cover everything from current events to our insecurities and mild daily annoyances.
And they have a good formula going for them—after all, it’s said that laughter helps us deal with psychologically distressing experiences (like all the calamities 2020 has thrown at us) by making them feel less threatening, and swearing relieves stress by allowing us to let down our guard and put our heart into venting.
So if this brand of misanthropy and self-deprecation resonates with you, don’t feel too bad about it. It might be just what you need to get through another Monday... or a whole week of them.

I don’t care what your religion is as long as your beliefs don’t impact on others lives.
Best thing about not working in an office anymore; the relentless, endless, tedious talk about Xmas, EVERY MINUTE OF EVERY HOUR OF EVERY DAY. Starting about this time of year then for the next 2 months. Nothing against Xmas, but it's just one day. ONE CHUFFING DAY. Overkill.
I stop inviting people who can't be arsed to turn up on time. It's incredibly rude of people. Shows they don't care enough about you.
