The tree has no leaves and looks like dead with all the yellow surrounding it, and it still "lives on" as a tree :) At least that's what I think the author had in mind :D

As a graphic arts designer I freakin' LOVE this idea! So simple, yet it takes regular pictures and allows the observer to form their own sort of narrative in their head. If a picture is worth a thousand words, these are worth a thousand movie scripts.
