oh, wait, this one is famous. Heard that there was a divorce story. Husband gave his ex wife very narrow piece of land which made impossible to build anything, but she found a way. Just in front of his windows. Found this: Built in 2003, on an oblong plot of land in Deerfield, Illinois, the Pie House has become somewhat of a local tourist attraction, with people stopping by regularly just to take pictures of the unusually narrow building. Famous for its unique shape, the Pie House was born out of necessity, as developer Greg Weissman of Advantage Properties tried to make the best of an oblong piece of land only 0.09 acres in size, which is unusually small for the suburbs. Despite one of the walls being only 3-feet-wide, the Pie House turned out quite cozy, and ended up selling for little over $284,000 in 2007.

Previously, we talked to the creator behind the internet-famous “Zillow Gone Wild” Instagram page, who preferred to stay anonymous. The idea for the account came after they spotted too many crazy houses being featured on Zillow. The Instagrammer said it was things “like homes with bowling alleys, indoor pools, jail cells, and one particular home had a mining shaft,” that caught their eye and took the listing craziness to new heights.

According to the author of “Zillow Gone Wild,” these out-of-the-box house designs are the product of people with a “combination of taste and money.” The Instagrammer also confessed to being honestly surprised at “how many people have built actual castles and how many insanely large mansions there are in places like Utah and Ohio.”

Individually the decor is actually quite beautiful. So intricate and so many details, like the outside of the lift and the railings, and the windows. But they went overboard trying to do too much, and the end result is kind of a mess. I’d have a permanent headache living here! Too much going on.

Once we visited an old house for sale with old stone guarding lions at the stairs and i loved the house so much that i told my parents that i'll give up on all my Christmas gift and money forever to help them buying this house.
