There Is A Lake In Finland, That Looks Like Finland
In case you're wondering, because I looked it up immediately when I had learned about it: It's manmade, was made in 1991, is 116 meters long, and a 1:10,000 scale of Finland! The construction engineer was Esko Sääskilahti. It was going to be the Centerpoint of a tourist village, but that part was never completed. The lake took a week to excavate. Only the USA has the name " America" as part of their country name. Similarly to South Korean, generally speaking, no one says 'my parents are South Korean'. It's just 'my parents are Korean'. No one says 'I am United States of American's, it's just 'American'.
Well, it's often obvious, many people introduce themselves as "I'm from Kansas" or "I'm from New York", and expect you to fill in the blanks, which would never work with "Yorkshire" or "Brandenburg".

I've genuinely never heard of these distinctions and have no idea what they mean. I only know of North, South and Central America..
In the two right maps I think the grey bit is Guyana (official language English), Suriname (official language Dutch), and French Guiana (French territory), so none of these are related to Portugal or Spain (i.e., the Iberian Peninsular => Iberoamerica). However, Belize (English speaking, up in Central America) appears to be coloured green (although it's kind of small, so hard to tell). Not sure what the drawer of this map means by 'Latinoamerica'---I'd probably not include the English and Dutch speakers, but include the French speakers since French is a Latin-derived language.

It’s actually a moniker established by the British when King George was addressing the upheaval in the colonies. Saying one is “United States of American” was shortened purely for ease, as Canada has Canadian and Mexico, Mexican. Whereas all North Americans can refer to themselves as “North Americans”. It’s not political or arrogant, but merely a means to easily explain. So this has zero to do with how “arrogant” Americans ate (BP: home or America bashing!!!) not was it a moniker created & established by Americans. To think such is not arrogant, but purely ignorant. However, if you the British, then Spanish & Portuguese and THEN United States of Americans,l were wrong for using this name and you have a better one that’s a single word, I recommend you share it far & wide so we all may adopt it without being accused of arrogance.

This is relatively easy to explain. BRICS (Brazil, China, India, South Africa) doesn't like america policing the world, and so, it in general opposes american motions just to annoy the americans.
