Have you ever wanted to be a superhero? Flying through the sky, saving lives, having laser eyes? But have you ever wondered what the everyday life of superheroes looks like? Maybe it's not as glamorous as you think it is. The heroes have all sorts of problems, from troubles with their powers, to simple tasks like going to the dentist or doing laundry.

Chilean cartoonist Karlo Ferdon creates comics that show what our favorite superheroes do when the movie is over and no one is watching. The artist illustrates the hilarious struggles they run into and the silly challenges they face. Karlo perfectly tells the story without using any dialogue. The artist likes to put a twist on the ending so you never know what you're getting. Perhaps after seeing these comics, you will change your mind about being a superhero.

i always thought they should have concluded that scene with the room empty except for a old janitor cleaning up. The janitor comes to the hammer and picks it up to clean the table under and then puts it back..... Of course the janitor could ONLY be played by Stan Lee!

Karlos has a very simplistic style and has a talent for telling a hilarious story in just a few panels. His comics don't even require any dialogue to land the joke. He's good at coming up with simple scenarios that are relatable to us simple humans. It's even a little comforting to think that the superheroes we look up to run into the same problems we do. Well, except we don't have superhuman strength or ancient relics to help us out.

In a previous interview on Bored Panda, Karlos mentioned that he started to create comics at a young age. He would also copy cartoons and other comics he saw. Karlos mentioned that he enjoys putting a funny twist on superheroes because they like to take themselves very seriously. The artist likes to make the heroes look silly and more light-hearted than they are portrayed in the original comics, movies, or TV series.
