What do you think ?
She looks good, but not 25. Also, it's part of her job to look good, and she makes a lot of money doing this, with personal trainers, nutritionists, professional chefs and alike, so it's not really her place to give advice on how to look younger and stay healthy.
She's not. She's just telling people how she does it.
What's the point? She's not regular people.
This is directed at Aahzmandus who asked the question 'whats the point she is not regular people. Firstly I know what you mean, but no one is regular k we all do things and need different things so of course, any health article like this is going to be off. Secondly, to answer to your question what is the point there is no position that is the beauty of bored panda half of this stuff is false, meaningless and silly but it brings a smile to ones face or makes you think or just fills in time. And so this lady is proud she should be massive effort even if a lot of people helped her along with the money of course but still. Also what defines whos place is to advise whom!
You don't need a personal trainer to exercise or a chef to eat healthy foods. It's about educating yourself. Average people can join a gym and take a yoga or high impact fitness class.

The poor little darling! Shall I offer him the use of a fainting couch?
Right on point.
I can attest to that. I do the same
Things I could do if I never had to worry about money: exercise regularly, eat healthy, read more, pursue hobbies daily, spend more time with family and friends, relax, have a professional photographer record me doing all those things, post it on social media and talk about how happy I am. I'm happy for Halle that she's in great shape, but let's not pretend she doesn't have a personal in-home trainer, nutritionist, yoga instructor and image consultant.
Yep. The reality of people like her is very different from most... not all of us have so much free time and so much cash to do all that.
Give most people all that and you will see how good they will look like.
Good god, so true. I mean, seriously. She must be about to publish a book or something.
Case in point: Mama June, that woman got money, a personal trainer and a nutritionist and now is rocking a size 4 or 6.
It also helps to start off with good genes.

As a professional dancer, it's always funny for me to see how much some people have to think about their looks. And how's going to be their fitness, nutrition program, etc etc. It's soooo superficial for me and my surroundings. Someone was already on the point here - take care of yourself, it's not rocket science, you do what YOU find good for yourself, eat healthy in smaller portions, and inbrace your own type of body. We are all different, and have different types and shapes of our bodies. Just be kind to yourself, and use your own tips, FFS. You do you. And not how it's done by some Hollywood actress. :)
When you're still struggling to get started on that journey, a few tips from someone else can go a long way. I never felt like I had the time to commit to learning how to be healthy - that, and I thought I already more or less knew how it worked. Once you start you learn so much more, and I agree - you learn how it works for YOU. But there are generalities that can help you to see progress and realize it's within your power, after all.
Former dancer here, and I have to agree...but we all have to admit that genetics plays a role, too. Halle Barry is flat out beautiful. She takes good care of her skin - and I'm betting stays out of the sun, too. Her fitness regime works for her - and it's also part of how she makes a living. Her job requires her to stay fit and she has the money and time to do that. /// I am 55. I'm told often that I don't look anywhere near my age. My mother's advice did that. She once told me, "Don't get fat, stay out of the sun, and never stop moving." so far, that's working well.
I'm not a dancer -- my spine is degenerating from arthritis even with wonderful medical help -- so I'm in my 60s and can only walk for maybe 5 minutes at best. But that doesn't stop me from eating sensibly, getting enough sleep, doing stretching exercises, not smoking (yuck!) or drinking alcohol, taking care of my skin, etc. People are surprised that I'm not in my late 40s or early 50s as a result. And I've found that if I gain weight, I just eat smaller potatoes. No fad diets -- no diets, they never work permanently! Just being sensible works wonders, as does thinking young. My grandmother, at age 99, told me, "Every time I look in a mirror, I'm surprised to see an old lady because I still feel 15 inside!" Which is true, I have to say -- although I'll be happy to make it to 95 like my mom, not 103 like my grandmother!
Hello fellow dancer! :) Of course, genetics was also the key factor why was I even tried ballet. Your mom was /is cool. :D
Portions, not potatoes! Stupid autocorrect...
What does your profession have to do with anything? I bet there are garbage men who know about nutrition and fitness.
For athletes, like dancers, it is a natural thing to watch what you eat and what exercises you do. It’s just part of your routine, your lifestyle - something that’s not the case for office workers and garbage men
