Chris Grady, the creator of Lunarbaboon, uses his own life as a dad to inspire his comics, but he also talks about everyday life and big feelings that everyone can relate to. His stories aren't just about being a parent; they also explore being an adult, facing challenges, and finding joy in small moments.
Grady's work is honest and funny, making it easy for everyone, not just parents, to enjoy and connect with his comics. Whether it's about raising kids or just handling day-to-day life, Lunarbaboon has something special that touches everyone who reads it.

Now that I think about it, I could have used such a lesson. It is not always easy what to say when someone shows something they drew, especially if you cannot tell what it is.
Maybe this artist is showing us why parents don't like children asking questions. Because they do not know the answers.
That's why I use my real name. It makes one pause and reconsider before being rude.
Is this another way of responding to the world handing you lemons? If so I like it very much.
Somebody insert the “had us for a second there” meme” pls
reminds me of this thing I saw I think it was a tiktok where this dad said "There's no way I'm letting my son go to the movies dressed as Elsa..." Then there's a pause and the dad finishes with "...alone." And the camera switches to see the dad looking completely fabulous in an Elsa costume.
I am not sure that this would work on everyone, but it does on this dad, so maybe worth trying.
5. Make a comic and laugh about it 6. Spread happiness to the world via comic
Wonderful way of showing how not to judge all of a group for what a few (relatively) do.
This artist is a genius. I chuckled a lot and at the same time some of the cartoons made my eyes misty.
