Hi, my name is Valentine and I am fond of psychology and painting. I was studying to be a graphic designer, and in one of my course projects I was making the layout of the book by K. G. Jung "Synchronicity". I was so carried away that I reread all the works of this psychiatrist. And then I allowed my painting to capture the images that I encountered on the path of inner knowledge.

Neat similar form between the women and the opium pods.

Yes, thank you, I tried to get closer to this. Initially, it was the queen of poppies, but then it became something more, because of the symbols of reproduction.

Tell me what you think about my interpretation of Woman in the fields. This woman lost a baby, her faces expresses her sorrow. The red flower she holds near her abdomen represents blood and fetal loss. The skull image within the flower next to her is the baby. The other flowers are women who succumbed to the same fate.

I am really thinking here...I see the skull, and the red blood flower near her womb.....

Yes, this is a correct assumption. On one side she has a skull, and on the other a fetus in a bud. It's about the cyclical nature of women and the cyclical nature of life.

Yes, thank you for noticing! If you look closely, then on the other hand there is an embryo in another bud. Probably because of the photo, it can be seen a little worse.

"Creature" makes me think she is not human but monster or fairy. I wouldn't tell her my name... But I love her lacy collar.
