30 Of The Most Horrendous Things People Did That Made Them Lose Their Closest Friends
InterviewJust because someone’s a close friend of yours doesn’t automatically make them a good person. The fact of the matter is that some folks are really great at pretending to be moral and upstanding people. But all it takes is one moment where they show their true colors for the friendship to fall apart. You then start realizing that there might have been some subtle hints that something was off, earlier on.
Redditor u/decisivevinyl sparked a viral discussion after asking people to share the most messed up things that they’ve seen their friends do. Read on for a terrifying glimpse into how low some people can go. Keep a tight hold of your remaining faith in humanity and remember that some of these stories aren’t for the weak of heart.
Bored Panda got in touch with the author of the thread, redditor u/decisivevinyl, a vinyl decal and sticker salesperson from Australia, for a friendly chat about people acting in messed up ways. Check out our full interview with the OP below.

I went on holiday for a week and asked my "best friend" to pop in and feed my cat (he lived a few doors away). When I got back, my cat was laying by the back door of my house, went inside and his bowl was empty, I called him and asked when the last time he fed him, he said "oh yeah, I forgot" .. my cat had been outside for a week with no food or water. I haven't spoken to him in 12 years, c**t !!
It's horrific to come home and find your pets abandoned by someone you trusted. That happened to me, one of our guinea pigs died as a result and our cat was ill for some time from not eating. The 'house sitter' was stunned when I told her I wouldn't pay her, go figure.
F**k him. One thing though. When you were away on holiday did you attempt to contact your friend to make sure that he was visiting your cat?
Exactly what I feel about this. Before our dog died, we used to call our neighbour everyday to check if they fed him while we were away for few days.
Load More Replies...My sons, dad did this to me when I was in Hawaii for 10 days. I came back, and my cat couldn’t even meow she took a little while to come back around. He’s not allowed at my house anymore.
My friend was cat sitting for us last week and took photos of her stroking the cat every couple of days so we knew he was okay. And it was her suggestion <3
We had a trusted friend couple. We fed their cats a few times when they were on hols, including chasing down various rodents the cats had brough into the house. They were meant to look after our cat for one weekend, only really to make sure he hadn't destroyed his automated feeder and water dispenser (had happened before), and clean the litter box. Bastard never even visited. Luckily the cat hadn't destroyed the feeder but he had messed everywhere because his litter box was dirty.
Clearly not your best friend then hey. Friends don't forget important stuff like this
Redditor u/decisivevinyl was very open with Bored Panda about what had inspired them to start the online thread in the first place.
"Honestly, when I'm super bored on Reddit, I sometimes just try and come up with potentially interesting questions to ask on r/AskReddit," they told Bored Panda that it's a great way to pass the time and interact with the community. "Nothing really more to it than that."
We were very curious to get the thread author's opinion as to why some people do such incredibly messed up things, and how best to respond to them.
"Personally, I just think there are some [awful] people out there. And [awful] people will always do [awful] things," they explained their stance.
A guy I worked with was about to take his wife on a trip back to their mutual hometown in another state. They had a pair of delightful kittens and they asked me if I would watch them while they were gone. I had little experience with cats but these 2 were just wonderfully playful. I gave him a call when he got back to arrange returning the kittens but he said they had picked up a non-cat friendly dog on the journey and he would just drop off the kittens in the woods. Needless to say, I kept them and they were wonderful furry friends for me and eventually to my wife and kids. I still think what would have happened to them if I had not been in the right place at the right time.
That is beyond disturbing. Your first idea is to drop them off in the woods and abandon them because you couldn't control yourself enough to not bring home another pet. They sound like losers. I'm glad the kittens got a way better outcome.
Three years ago I made the decision to stop drinking. After about 11 months of sobriety, my “best friend” shows up at my door, several bottles of vodka with her. “I’m tired of you being sober, Stop being a little b***h and get drunk with me today.”
After a moment of shock I uttered “Uh, no, that’s not happening, and we’re never speaking again.” *door closes*
She tried to reconnect several times, immediately following. “I’m sorry, I was only kidding” and “I’ll [off] myself if you really dont talk to me ever again.” To which I replied “I will not feel guilty for any choices you choose to make in your life.” Stopped her manipulation pretty good.
Eventually a relative of hers calls me asking what happened as the friend stated that I cut them out “for no reason”. As soon as I told the relative “well, I got sober and they didn’t like that and wanted me to drink with them again” the relative interjected “say no more, I respect you for what you did. She really needs to get some help, thanks for taking my call and explaining.”
In retrospect, I waited way too long to cut that “friend” out.
They weren't your friend, they just saw you as a fair weather companion when bored.
My cousin became sober slightly over 8 years ago now, after he nearly went into liver failure. Thankfully, he took it seriously. He went cold turkey, and I make sure to congratulate him every year and tell him how proud of him I am. Nearly all his 'friends' disappeared into the ether the minute he quit drinking.
Load More Replies...If I have friends that do all that stuff, I always let it be known that I don't smoke or drink and that's my decision and I'm not gonna deal with peer pressure. I've been clean my whole life and I have no plans to start. Plus I can't afford an addiction lol
They always talked about peer pressure when I was a teen. I never once felt pressured by anyone to drink or do drugs. People would offer, I'd refuse, they'd just shrug and move in. One girl would bring a six pack of root beer to parties because she didn't drink. Everyone thought she was so cool for doing that. Get into adulthood and suddenly everyone is butthurt if you don't drink. There has been immense pressure, and people poke fun or say you're no fun, and a mood killer--because I ordered a soda instead of a beer. My husband stopped hanging with coworkers after work because they spent the entire time trying to convince him to drink. He was fine hanging out with a coke in hand, but that wasn't good enough. Meanwhile, everyone's favorite coworker is the one who gets wasted nightly and rolls into work late due to a hangover, and often leaves early because he can't work (they have a physical job). But he's a good time because he's an alcoholic.
Load More Replies...I'm so glad the caller understood. Hope the ex friend has been to a therapist now and is turning themselves around to be a better person.
That unalive talks stops really quick around me. I tell them I will take them seriously, and contact medical services for them. That usually shuts them up. If you’re truly struggling and need help, I’ll get it for you. If you’re not and you’re just trying to manipulate me, then you can explain that to the paramedics. Your unalive will not be on my hands.
Best decision ever made was 'going sober' but in all honesty I didn't, I just got to a point where I didn't want to go out every other night and weekend and get wasted, lost all but one of that group of 'friends' he made the same choice after they were talking sh*t about me while out, he left that particular party and came to my house, got me with a beer in hand on my porch, we been great mates since and enjoy family bbqs together, we both still drink but neither of us has touched hardtack again.. And it's been 20+ years
"The best way to respond to that behavior, in my opinion, is to not let it eat you up and just go about your life as best as you can. Because like I stated earlier, [awful] people will always be [awful]," the OP said.
Bored Panda was also interested to hear the redditor's thoughts on friendship red flags, and whether it's possible to figure out whether someone is an awful person before becoming fast friends with them.
"There can definitely be red flags in the traits of a person, but some people are better at hiding them than others," the OP told us.
"There might be some cases where you just honestly don't realize until it's too late and then there might just be a completely off vibe you pick up on before you get too deep into friendship," they shared their thoughts.
He had me help model for one of his photoshoots that was set on top of a very tall building. When he asked me to move to the edge, he kept talking about how cool it would be to capture someone’s death from a building in-real-time. At this point, I was getting somewhat nervous. Then he gave me a little shove. I backed away and then almost slipped. His response, “See, that could have been so cool. You have mental health issues anyways, why don’t you just do it and you’ll be posthumously famous which will give your life meaning.” Now keep in mind, this is paraphrased, since it’s been a long time ago, but that was the gist of it…and I’ve never forgotten how it made me feel. After that, I started to gradually cut this person from my life out of fear that he would try to hurt me for the sake of “his art”. F**k that guy.
That's attempted murder at the very least. Guy should be incarcerated with no chance of parole.
I’m assuming you mean guys like that and not guys in general.
Load More Replies..."started to gradually cut this person from my life..."? RUN! Run as fast as you can, that is a major red flag, and a seriously disturbed way of thinking.
I'd have spoken to the police about this. Or at the very least a trusted person. Just in case. This is seriously disturbing.
I agree 100%. There’s a possibility this person may be involved in unsolved deaths somewhere.
Load More Replies...A shove is an assault. An assault is a crime. Should've gone to the police. They probably wouldn't've done anything, but it'd've made a statement anyway. They might've done something: this isn't far from attempted murder. Even if they didn't, if anyone else around this person had an unfortunate accident, they might remember this incident.
I’d have insisted on a report and discussed it with the prosecutor, just in case. You never know.

Throw McDonald’s fries and burger as hard as he could at a homeless lady asking for food… I called him a piece of s**t and never spoke to him again
So he wasted food that the lady could've eaten for what? What did you accomplish besides making someone with an already hard life day worse? Good beatin that one needs
I saw a guy once roll down his window and yell "get a job" at a homeless person. Given we are in South Africa, I do not need to tell you more about the demographics, you can guess. Pathetic that rightwingers still think that their sheer dumb luck in terms of being born white and english speaking magically made them "self-made".
My dad had an ex-friend that would heat up change red hot with a lighter and toss it to homeless people asking for change.
That's disgusting behaviour, willing to bet he's a silver - spooned fed t*** with " charming " parents to match, you're so much better off without him....
A girl was falling down drunk, totally out of it - no drink spiked, she had been doing a crazy amount of shots without knowing they were double shots. This one friend of mine insisted on taking her home by himself. Me and three of other people in the group insisted more strongly to come along and help her home. The whole way back, he kept trying to assure us that he had things under control and didn't need our help, and it became clearer and clearer he was planning [to take advantage of] her.
We aggressively told him to knock it off, and got her home. First he tried to insist he should stay with her to "make sure she's ok" which we vetoed, then we caught him trying to get her keys out of her purse so he could come back inside. When that happened, we'd had enough and things got rough. We didn't beat him up, but we very forcefully got him out of her student residence building. She was in bad shape, so we found a friend of hers from down the hall who agreed to come over and look after her - we were worried she might throw up in her sleep or something.
Later on that night he got caught pounding on her dorm room door by the same friend after he managed to sneak back into the building by following someone else when they came in.
The whole friend group split up over staying friends with him, but f**k that guy. She was literally passed out on her feet and totally incoherent.
I feel like this should be worthy of jail time for even attempting to do that
I was thinking: Couldn't it have been worth it to call the police, after he had to forcefully be removed from the building, tell them what happened and that there's a chance he would try to get in again (as he evidently did)? And even if nothing happened, report it or something. Evidence that there is precedence in case he ever tries or does something like this again and he probably will.

I wouldn’t have given him another warning, he would have gotten a beat down for even thinking it. Disgusting that he still had friends after that
I try very hard not to be a violent person, but this makes me feel violently angry.
If a guy pulled that sh*t with any of my friends, he'd get the beating of a lifetime.
The types of friendships that dominate your life can have a massive impact on its quality. If you have even just a handful of genuine, authentic friends, you’ll feel like someone’s always got your back. That kind of support can give you a lot more confidence, no matter what you do. Because you know that they’ll be there with a kind word, a witty joke, a hug, or an activity to take your mind off things.
They’ll be there, by your side, through thick and thin: reveling in your successes and feeling your deepest failures as if they were their own. However, it’d be naive to think that everyone has such pals in their lives. Or that everyone you call a friend is actually one…
We were working in an old ladies attic and he kicked the s**t out of a pipe on purpose then went and told her it needed to be replaced. I never worked with him again after that
and then said he needed to be replaced

If we’re talking ex-friends? He beat his child for touching my guitar, the one I brought over specifically to show the boy and let him play with. He was 3.
There need to be mandatory tests to show if you're actually good to have a child. I'm a firm believe that anyone who beats children needs to be castrated so they can't have anymore.
And rapists should get castrated mandatory! No excuses!
Load More Replies...I hope this was reported. Someone that can't raise a child without hitting them shouldn't raise a child.
You should have reported the guy. If he was willing to do that in your presence, one can only imagine what he’d do if no one is around.
Such a few short words made me gasp. I'm shocked. Hope they are never around any children again.
Convinced his girlfriend she was suffering from gluten intolerance instead of schizophrenia, and got her to stop taking medication.
Gaslighting, manipulative, narcissistic, stupid, dangerous w*** stain of a waste of air, and he dares to think he's " human?!?!"
HOLY S**T! It's legit: Gluten intolerance can cause schizophrenia! Of course, you'd have to be crazy to quit your meds just because you've removed a possible cause. (I probably should reword that, but nah.)
This sounds like manipulation in the Nth degree. Certain situations need the authorities involved.
She needs a lesson too. Don't let laymen override Drs. without a great reason.
The fact of the matter is that far from everyone you meet will end up being your BFF whom you can trust with even the weirdest secrets. Some of them will turn out to be work friends whom you hang out with during lunch (and during the odd company party) but generally keep things professional. Other pals might only spend time with you because you have a shared hobby, whether that’s rock climbing or playing Dungeons & Dragons every Sunday night.
And then you have fair weather and superficial friends who love to spend time with you when things are going well but disappear at the slightest sign of trouble… or if you ask them for a favor.
Best friend was excited for me to meet his new gf. The whole evening he bragged about how she was still married and he was going to be the reason she got divorced.
Haven't spoken to him since. Did hear she broke up with him and sorted out the issues with her husband
I once saw an ex friend of mine kick her boyfriend so hard in his ribs that afterward he peed blood (he was lying on his back at the time).
His transgression? He asked her son not to eat all the chocolate pieces out of the communal trail mix they had.
He has since dumped her, now she's homeless, addicted to drugs, in and out of jail, and even her family won't have anything to do with her.
people forget 40% of Domestic Violence victims in Hetero relationships are men, but less than 3% of resources for Domestic Violence victims go to men. Men who are abused fall through the cracks, and we should bring awareness to be able to fight against all forms of Domestic Violence.
I agree with you but the main reason for that is that men get shamed for being abused so they don't report it as much as the women do. Men also suffer sexual violence as much as women do but once again are ashamed to report it.
Load More Replies...That's a horrendous story from start to finish. As terrible as she sounds like she was/is, nobody deserves to be homeless, and drug addiction makes everything bad in a person worse while destroying whatever good was in them. Jail almost never helps in situations like that, and the natural progression of those who used to know them cutting them out of their lives may be lifesaving for the others, but just drives them deeper. I hate that things like this happen, and wish that there were some sorts of social safeguards in place to at the very least house, feed, and care for those who are too broken to ever function in society. And while we're at it, stop the flow of drugs at the source. It's too tragic to allow it to continue.
Assault with a shod foot. That chick would be arrested as soon as the Police and ambulance, I hope, got there.
Brag about f*****g a mutual close friends very recent ex while his 8 month pregnant wife was at home by herself. Tried to show me photos... immediately removed from my wedding invite list. Don't respect your marriage, you won't be a part of mine.
The amount of men who cheat on their wives when they’re heavily pregnant is disgusting.
Curious though. Hubby wasn't interested when I was pregnant. Can anyone relate?
When your climax means more than your relationship, you are a disgusting dirtbag.
Never been with a pregnant woman, but I think I would be so amazed at what women go through to have children. They are lovely.
I will never put up with cheaters. I find this a sin worse than murder imo.
... please explain how it's worse than murder
Load More Replies...Friendships are about mutual trust and respect. In short—they’re about a sense of balance. One red flag that you should definitely keep in mind is how often they ask you for help versus how often they end up helping you when you need a hand. You have to be honest about what someone else is offering you in the relationship.
Usually, proper friends offer emotional support, whether it involves gossiping over a slice of freshly-baked pie and a glass of cold milk or sitting in silence together as you fish for hours on end. Superficial friends, on the other hand, will be nowhere to be found if you’re in a dark place. They’re there just to have fun.

Date a 15 year old boy. She was 23 at the time. I reported her to social services.
Good lord, I was propositioned by a 40-year-old whose kids I was babysitting (aged 15) - this brings back some memories.
I had my first babysitting job the other day and the kid asked her dad to do this “ spider thing” to me. (Spider thing was him putting his hand on her knee and pretending it was a spider). He didn’t do it, but apparently the kid also previously asked him to kiss another babysitter goodnight. Silly kid. I’m 12 btw.
Load More Replies...I was 15 when I met my first "bf", who was the same age as this woman. I thought it was cool that someone older liked me, and it made me feel more mature. I was an idiot. :)
No, you were a child. You shouldn't apply adult thinking to a child's brain. You were a victim, not a fool and the guilt lies with one person only.
Load More Replies...That just screams " predator " and that sick b**** should be sent down....
I hate to even be able to think of reasons "why", but I imagine that a 15-year-old boy might seem VERY easily swayed/manipulated to a woman in her early 20s. She is more "powerful" than he is and maybe she feels like she can boss him around and tell him what to do. He might also be so hormonally-soggy (as we all are around that age) that he wants to jump her bones every 30 seconds... and certain women might find that very flattering, especially if they weren't having much luck dating men their own age.

i think your "friend" used this as an excuse to ruin your relationship
Some other signs that someone’s a false friend are that they talk about you behind your back and that they feel jealous when you’re successful. For instance, they might resent you when you get promoted or if you get engaged. They also won’t think twice to take advantage of your kindness. In these cases, it’s best to have a really good think about whether or not you should continue being friends.
Though if they do anything like in the stories in this list, the question should be very clear: cut all contact, move on with your life. There are so many wonderful people out there to befriend—you don’t have to stick with someone rotten.
I was having a few drinks at a friend's place when out of nowhere he got up, grabbed a screwdriver and without saying anything stabbed the guy sitting next to me right in the thigh. I later found out it was over some money the guy owed him. Last I heard my "friend" is in prison for attacking 3 people with a hatchet.
Friend is in quotation marks, so it means they're being sarcastic. I guess
Load More Replies...Hmm. I had a cousin stab me in the arm with a pen when I was 10 because they got mad at my sib over something that happened when I was like 6. Cousin had anger issues at that age. I dunno...if you owe someone then it is fair game to hurt someone.
Spike a classmate, who was strict Muslim so didn't drink alcohol etc (but was a chill live and let live guy), because he thought it'd be funny. He didn't tell anyone what he'd done until the guy was in a full blown panic thinking he was going to die. Suffice to say, I failed to see anything remotely funny about it, and we never associated again. That was unfortunately not the first or last drugging/spiking incident within that friend group. But it was one of the more egregious because of it being an innocent bystander targeted.
this reminds me of a story where i guy got fed kfc being told it was vegetarian, it realy wasnt, the guy k*lled himself
when will people grow up. we used to get drunk every weekend at a mates house, we would chip in for cleaning costs of his house, food, etc and his house was a crash pad for lots of us. we respected everyone no matter what. if you cant have a good time without playing pranks then maybe get castrated so you cant pollute the earth with your chud seed.
and you stayed friends with those "friends" up until that point, knowing that they spiked peoples drinks before that incident?? sounds like you are part of the problem.
I wouldn't actually do this, but I'd like to see his reaction after dosing this mfucker with a hundred tabs of LSD?
Stalk my sister. He was my best man… we are no longer friends.
It must be very painful to watch wedding videos now that that prick is in them
I have super protective siblings. One time I was on a date when my brother was SPYING on me!!
if someone dare to stalk anyone from my family, id try learning voodoo sh!t n torture that mf
I get that. One of my (former) male friends thought my sister was really hot. She wasn't interested and made it really clear. He created a Hotmail account that was one letter off from mine and started sending her some really creepy s**t. She called me and was like WTF? I had her send them to me &, because of the verbiage used, knew exactly who it was. I called him & told him I was forwarding all of it to the FBI Cyber Crimes Unit. Neither of us have heard from him in over 15 years.
We had this event at our college and my friend made a script for it, he was doing stand up comedy. He goes to the stage and then proceeds to make fun of the way I look, the way I walk and the way I talk. Everyone was looking at me. I've never felt so embarrassed in my life. I told him multiple times that I wasn't comfortable with him talking about me but he didn't want to listen to me. I was just recently getting confident about the way I look and now I'm terrified of going to uni because I don't want to be bullied or made fun of.
Don't let him determine your future. You are wonderful. He's the jerk!
So use that and make him the joke of your life, be great at everything you do because at life you're there already
College is so much easier socially than high schoo! Just be yourself and don't accept people who are not kind to you.
i really like to watch stand-up comedy once in a while (mostly german) and the one i like the most is mainly making fun of himself or does little jabs at others. there is a fine line between funny and insulting (which i would cross, because im not funny) and especially if i was a beginner i would try to start "soft" and try to not insult people..
That's not a friend. That's an incredibly insecure c*nt using you for his own wants & needs.

In my religion, Lesbian sex is a sin. So is heterosexual sex outside of marriage. So is masturbation. And so is hypocrisy. When the Church teaches "we're all sinners," it means exactly that, which is why we're also required to forgive sin, and to know that sin doesn't mean God hates us, or that we are justified to hate each other.)

How did the friend manage to clear out the apartment in the time it took him to take his dog to the park? I feel like my place would take a day or two. lol
I went to Reddit and read that the OP meant that their friend hightailed it out of there leaving the apartment empty. They didn't mean that all of their stuff was gone.

Don't be stupid, call the police. Or just hunt him down and discuss it with him.
Did the friend agree to pay rent ahead of time? Maybe this was a miscommunication.
If you ditch your friend without any notice, and block their number, I’m unclear where the miscommunication lies.

My best friend had just broken up with my brother—who had moved over a thousand miles and changed jobs to be with her—citing personal differences. My brother was devastated, but I tried to respect her decision and be a source of support for both of them, especially because they truly weren’t the best fit. But then she shared with me, because she knew that I loved her and would be happy for her so long as she was happy, that she’d been cheating on my brother for the past month and had found her soulmate.
The depth of my brother’s heartbreak, already immense, was further compounded by the infidelity. To my bewilderment, she truly couldn’t understand why I was ending the friendship, seemed so distraught that I would end a years long relationship over something so “small”. And I still can’t comprehend why she thought telling me would result in anything other than a complete door slam.
Hannah, you still suck. And I’m still angry.
Edit: ETA that I had also asked her to be the maid of “honor” in my upcoming wedding. Ironic.
This stuff always makes me mad. You can't control who you fall in love with, but you can control what you bloody do. Falling in love with someone else while you're in a relationship isn't your fault, but you damn well better end that relationship BEFORE you do anything with the second person.
The whole thing is appalling, but it's the "something so small" bit that really sticks in my craw. The term "gaslighting" gets thrown around a little too readily online, but that is at the least extremely manipulative. Yeah, betraying OP's brother and expecting OP to support them through this further kick in the guts to their already-devestated sibling is just a "little thing". Nobody can be mad at them.
Not sure why Brazen is being downvoted when they're 109% correct. There's no such thing as love at first sight; it's LUST at first sight & if that's all that matters, don't get into a real relationship.
I have been through similar like your brother minus my girlfriend finding her soul mate. That was difficult enough. Hope your brother is ok.
I had reached out to her when I was doing pretty poor mentally, and she proceeded to tell me that I couldn't [off] myself until I payed her back for helping me with some school fees. Then I was free to [off] myself if I wanted.
It's possible the person didn't know how to handle it/panicked & this was what she came up with to buy time. I know someone who spent half her teenage years with "contracts" to not be "allowed" to kill herself unless certain criteria were met. I know I'm not explaining it well but basically it's getting a person through really difficult times until things start improving ( ie meds kick in, stressful situation is resolved...).
Why did kill have to be censored? At least they didn't change it with unalived...
So, it only says "unalive" when the post is a direct quote taken from TikTok, and because TikTok doesn't allow those words, the people making the videos started using it as a cutesy way to get their point across and it became trendy. Usually BP doesn't censor'kill', but I assume this time it did because of what it refers to.
Load More Replies...You can't die on me! I need you alive until you pay me back! After that, go play in traffic.
Honestly, it's as good advice as any if theyre feeling THAT low. If a person is right on the verge, it's whatever you can do just to keep them talking long enough for their survival instinct to kick in
Probably not as bad as some of these answers, but my friend had this super thick callous on his heels. He was picking at it, and I watched him peel a big long strip off from the back of his heel, it looked like a trimming off of a horse's hoof. Then HE JUST F*****G ATE IT. Like it was a piece of jerky. I was aghast.
You disowned someone for doing something that is probably a compulsion that he was likely unaware of doing and unable to control , something that harms nobody (except himself if you want to stretch the definition paper thin)?
I have this compulsion too...but I've luckily been able to keep it to merely chewing on my nails for the most part. It's disgusting and I don't blame anyone for not wanting to see it but it does seem like a really silly reason to end a friendship.
Load More Replies...Actually it's spelled "dermatillomania". But I get what you mean :)
Load More Replies...You should read about Pica, it cause you to eat odd things and non-eatable things, and even your own Skin/Flesh! I myself have the "flesh" one, and when I was lil I used to chew the skin from my fingers and lips, I use Roleplay to keep me from doing it now, but mostly seeing people saying their loved one or friends do this they usually need to be checked for PICA, or they already have it
Headbutt his ex girlfriend outside the club. The sound was absolutely disgusting. He then beat up two of her friends quickly. I grabbed him and restrained him in a doorway. Not even a big or tough guy but he completely lost it.
im sorry but women have the uncanny ability to push the buttons of men, they also can swing and hit men but heaven forbid they cop a punch (only if fighting) if you think you can take on a man then expect consequences I.E getting the s**t smacked out of you
Deliberately get knocked down by a car, in order to prove that when drunk (and we were very drunk), his bones were flexible. Fortunately, the car had been slowing to turn. There followed a couple of minutes trying to reassure the driver he was ok, whilst calling him an idiot. Meanwhile, he was laying flat on his back, maintaining he'd proved his point.
Am I missing something? The OP didn't attempt to get hit by a car, and the driver of said vehicle seems pretty blameless.
Load More Replies...It might get an honorable mention but Darwin awards are based on being stupid enough to die, or lose the ability to reproduce, so removing genes from the gene pool, basically natural selection or, Charles Darwin’s theory of evolution
Load More Replies...This isn't true. While your bones do gain flexibility while UNCONSCIOUS, they don't if you are conscious. This is because you always instinctively tense up before something happens, and that increases the brittleness of your bones. If you're unconscious, your bones are more flexible. On a night out, friend was sick, and decided the best place was into his pint glass. After the deed was done, he proceeded to say "waste not want not", downed the pint sick, lumps and all. Still makes me queasy to think about it. Animal
I wish i never read this 🤬🤢 im eating breakfast, or i was wating breakie
Yup...at least his actions only really affected himself?
Load More Replies...Hey, don’t call him an animal! That’s offensive to us animals! >:(
When I was in college the rugby team had a "tradition". After a match they would go into the student union bar and start drinking pints. Everyone on the team had to drink a pint and they went on round for round. Obviously they got to a point when they'd start to throw up so they had a five gallon bin which everyone had to vomit in to. I'm sure you can guess how the evening ended…
So, I had this roommate in college. He wasn’t the most popular among my friends, but he honestly wasn’t a bad guy at all. Maybe a little smug, but, honestly, that’s not at all unusual for people that age (I certainly wasn’t any better!), and he grew out of it later. ~~But he just kept getting pinkeye~~. And neither he nor I knew why. So anyway, we were hanging out in the dorm room with two of our friends from high school, when he (my roommate) stepped out to go to class. As soon as he was out the door, Friend 1 jumped up, dropped his pants and underwear, and f*****g crop dusted my roommate’s pillow. Apparently he’d been sneaking in and doing this regularly for *weeks*, but, this time, decided to let me and Friend 2 in on the secret, and, additionally, just sharted all over the pillow. Visible flecks of s**t all over it and the bed. Friend 2 and I did not think it was nearly as entertaining as Friend 1 did, and immediately informed my roommate. Apparently Friend 1 had also been pissing in people’s soda bottles. We, uh, we dropped him from the group pretty thoroughly after all that.
Edit: I’ve been told that’s not how pinkeye works, so maybe that’s just something me and my friends convinced ourselves happened during subsequent retellings.
Feces can be the cause of Pink Eye. There're so many different bacterias that are the cause for conjunctivitis and amongst them is e.coli. So it is probably "sh.t" from your "sh.tty friend" that gave your friend Pink Eye... (Why are some people SO disgusting...EW!)
Someone told him wrong - because that is, indeed how Pink Eye works. It's bacteria, from any source infecting the eye. YUCK! Unless (even if) you know your roommates very well, have cameras around any shared space and lock away personal items.

Get with a woman, borrow a bunch on money off her, then dump her, claiming she's a weirdo.
Wish I'd only seen it once :(
The last sentence makes me think the op should report him to the police or smth
Exactly. He should have reported this. A lot of the "contributions" to this thread is criminal behavior still in its infancy and should be dealt with in order to prevent escalation.
Load More Replies...Wasn't that my ex boyfriend? He did the same with me (with a huge amount of money). Yes I know, I was naive and stupid.
Had a female friend who “set me up with a friend of hers” we texted for a month or so with said friend, only to find out it was my friend or who I thought was my friend catfishing me. Why she did this was beyond me I didn’t think it was funny obviously but it f****d with my head a great deal and when me and my other friends called her out on it with more then enough evidence to prove she did it she still denied it. I couldn’t talk or wanted to talk to woman for about a year or so I was so f****d ip from it.
You don't have to downvote someone, just because their comment ended up under the wrong post. 🙄

1. they were arguing and he made fun of the friend for being an orphan

im sorry, TELL THE STORY OF THE SECOND ONE, thats not something you just mention with no context!
Catch and eat a live moth, mid-conversation. Like grab it out the air, throw it in his mouth and swallow.
To be fair, we don't know what the moth did to him first. Maybe that thing had been chewing holes in his clothes, bumping up against the lamp while he was trying to read and pretending to be a cute little butterfly only to reveal at the last second it was just a moth. I'm just saying possibly it was asking for it.
Reminds me of Renfield in "Dracula: Dead and Loving it:" :D https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RKbr8arXVJM
Brag about a—then—boyfriend not leaving her despite constant cheating. Then cry when he left her. I don’t know either.
Bite the head off of a fish he just caught
Weird though it is this is probably not that bad - if it was one bite it’s be pretty quick and painless death for the fish. Better than being left to asphyxiation in the bottom of a boat flopping about - always carry a priest when fishing.
Wel you might have space for a holy man but i don't (sarcasm)

I’m just going to leave this one comment down here because every single one of these stories feature truly awful people and I don’t have time to write out ‘why are some people such rotten bas***ds?’ 34 times
I think it is a good thing that we all can agree those people are giant arseholes
This list is just horrifying. Forget people. I just want to spend time with cats and dogs.
And I get constantly asked why I have no interest in meeting other people....
Well, that post was anger inducing, disgusting and depressing all at once. I can only hope that the kind and decent humans will always outnumber the truly horrible excuses for humans in the world.
I'm sure they exist. If they're anything like me, they're hiding from all the scumbags of the world by staying home.

Instead of leaving those free games for someone else to enjoy, he went through and tilted them all. Not the complete end of the relationship, but a running head start at it.
I can't imagine that a person who rather destroys something that cost them nothing than let others have it can ever be a good friend. Good friendship is based on generosity from both sides. If someone is not naturally generous, I doubt they'll be truly friendly and generous to their friends. It's them much more likely they keep those people around just in case they need them sometimes.
