There’s a whole conspiracy theory about him and the power puff girls the conspiracy goes: the Girls are actually just normal children who pretend to be superheroes. The reason as to why he's seen as the Devil in the main series is because his brother, Utonium, was very intolerant of homosexuals, and deemed the concept as being ungodly. To stay away from his brother and never called him by his name which is why he is called him. The theory also states that the mayor is actually their own grandfather who go’s along with the girls games it also states that fuzzy lumpkins is their neighbor. The gangrene gang is also just some neighborhood kids who go along with it as well.
