If you are a beginner photographer or designer looking for an easy way to success, then all you need to do is one art project. That’s it! Only this one little “365 project.” One hour a day, for the rest of the year coming up with art ideas, and nothing more! Everyone can sacrifice one hour a day, right?

Of course, it’s not as easy as it sounds – those who’ve tried finding cool ideas every day know. So, before you start, you may need some art inspiration, and I can’t think of a better 365 project example than Brock Davis’Make Something Cool Every Day”.

Brock Davis is a Minneapolis-based artist and musician who works on primarily self-initiated projects and photo series in a variety of mediums. He currently serves as creative director at Carmichael Lynch where his work has won such accolades as the prestigious Cannes Lion award for creative excellence.

Brock started his 365 project back in 2009 when he decided to make one piece of creative work – from photo ideas to tangible cool things – every day for 365 consecutive days in 2009, from January 1st to December 31st. Here are our 40 best picks taken from his already finished project.
