Brand logos are very easily recognizable and easy to spot. So it's quite smart to use them to send a message or tweak them a little bit to represent something else. That's exactly what Lydia Cambron, a New York designer, did.
Lydia used her skills in art to transform famous logos into messages of protest. The messages support Black Lives Matter and the LGBTQ+ community. With this protest, Lydia wants to show her disagreement with police brutality, injustice, homophobia, racism, and other horrible things affecting not only America but the whole world.

This is what we need to do. We should not tear our current law enforcement down to the foundations - we need to build a new foundation and build our new policing system on it. A nice thought, Onyx - but we'll always need somebody to enforce the law.

i can't bring myself to agree with this. yes, police brutality is a thing, and yes, directed police violence exists, but cops also protect us and do quite a bit for the safety of the world. generalizations are what brought us to this point, and making new ones isn't going to do anything.

The US prison system itself (and the judicial system's sentencing parameters) really needs revision. The punishment imposed often does not fit the crime committed.

well there are several flaws with prison, such as unsanitary or dangerous living conditions, people being wrongfully jailed, refugees being put in jail and several other problems, although in my opinion i think we just need to fix everything but not abolish it completely, like having good prison healthcare and sanitary living conditions, and better court system so we don't have people being wrongfully jailed. but prisons are there for a reason; to keep us safe so i don't think we should get rid of them completely, just make them better

Do not get rid of prisons, make them more humane. Help people leaving prison Re establish a life outside of the walls. Many offenders end up committing crimes again because they cannot find a real job, and end up right back in prison again.

the enviornment is important too, but these were focused on social issues. People like ME growing up in fear of being fired, harrassed and possibly killed for my sexuality and gender are just as improtant as the enviornment but the narritive of these was more focused on, again, social justice... hope that helps :) (jeez, that was long, I'm sorry)
