A Recent Pencil Drawing Of My Mom I Drew For Her Birthday.. 100% Pencils On Paper
She’s not as hot in real life. This one is heavily Pencilshopped.
Load More Replies...I am always so amazed at how talented some people are with the arts. I can't even imagine having the patience and ability to create something so realistic and beautiful.
Well, talent is important, but hard work is more important.
Load More Replies...You have truly captured her. I love how you can see by the warmth in her eyes she’s looking at her child. 🤍👏
This Portrait Was Painted By Leng Jun, And For The Sake Of Precision And Detail, It Is Clear Why This Is Currently Considered The Most Realistic Image In The World
Wow painting every detail of every stitch, even the highlights and shadows….wow 😨
So good it looks like a photograph. I can only imagine the hours that were put into this. I like how the artist didn't just think sod it, I'll paint an easier top.
It would surely have to be painted from a photo for reference that he zoomed in on. This kind of detail isn't going to be seen, never mind replicated, by sitting at the usual portrait painting distance.
Load More Replies...That would be a time consuming top to knit. Painting it boggles my mind. It's incredible work.
In recent years, talks about personal accomplishments have been increasingly echoing the term growth mindset. According to the idea, it's the constant, incremental improvement that leads to success.
In other words, if you focus on perfecting the process instead of chasing results, the latter will naturally follow as a byproduct of your dedication.
So if you started working on a new project with expensive materials and little room for mistakes, it could be helpful to break down the task into smaller, manageable steps, providing yourself with opportunities to learn and improve along the way.

This Is The Handwriting Of Nepalese Yr 8 Student Prakriti Malla Which Was Recognized As The Most Beautiful Handwriting In The World
Beautiful penmanship, meanwhile in the US, some schools are no longer teaching cursive because "handwriting isn't relevant in the computer age "
Correct me if I'm wrong, but this isn't cursive I don't think, just pretty handwriting.
Load More Replies...This is lovely, but it's not cursive; it leans more towards calligraphy.
Absolutely beautiful handwriting. And not to nitpick but I found a typo, or that is a write-o in the second to last line in the second paragraph. The word “be” is used by mistake instead of “by”. I read the whole thing because it is such beautiful handwriting. I can’t believe how perfectly each letter stays on the line. Great accomplishment. I wonder if everything they write is in this beautiful handwriting and this perfect. Even a grocery list? “I’ll just jot this down.” Takes 5 minutes to list 4 items. Just fyi I am not mocking here. This is an amazing piece of art.
I do volunteer work tutoring high school students (mostly in math). I often meet students who can't write cursive and don't know how to read the time on a clock.
This is not cursive writing. cursive: “a type of writing in which all the letters in a word are connected to each other” ~ Merriam-Webster Dictionary, 2024
My dad had beautiful handwriting, flowing and graceful and readable. The story we always heard was that he was left-handed, but growing up in Texas in the early 20th century, he was beaten until he learned to write with his right hand.
Extraordinary talent! My handwriting is legible, but not pretty like that! I am in awe!
Origami Assassin Designed And Folded By Me. Folded From A Single Square Sheet Of Paper Without Any Cutting
And how big was the original piece of paper?! Even if I had the talent and patience I feel like I’d still need a huge paper and surface area to work with.
Load More Replies...That is the most intricate example of true origami, I have ever seen !! I am gobsmacked!!
Gobsmacked. Excellent deployment of an underused word
Load More Replies...I can make a hat out of newspaper that fits no head that's ever existed.
Load More Replies...Yes that is real. I even have a basic understanding how it is done but far from this perfection. I can fold spiders and ants though.
Load More Replies...I just want to know how big the original piece of paper was for a sense of ‘scale’! (All I can make really well are small boxes, simple lotus flowers and occasionally a basic rat or two)
Pure beauty (also side note no one will get: "Szeth-son-son Vallano, Truthless of Shinovar, wore white on the day he was to kill a king")
"All too often people when preparing for an event or performance think about all that could go wrong," psychotherapist and performance coach Jonathan Alpert told Bored Panda. "That only muddies their mindset, interfering with focus, and distracts them."
"Instead, focus on strengths — what do you bring to the event or performance? — that is the many weeks or even years of preparation, and the desire to achieve success, and expertise," the author of 'Be Fearless: Change Your Life in 28 Days' added.
I Create Life Like Needle Felted Pet Replicas Of Peoples Pets From Photographs
Saw this pic on Reddit. I asked how long it took her to get to this skill level. She said she started felting in 2020
Load More Replies...Just …wow. You are amazingly talented. I can’t find words to tell you how impressed I am…they look incredibly real.
I am blessed with two cats by you that are priceless mementos
OMG! I need her to do my dogs! Although I feel like it's out of my price range; those must take forever to create. 😍
Wet Hair By Johannes Wessmark (2019). Acrylic And Oil On Canvas. Mind-Blowing Talent!
I'm a swimmer, so I'm definitely around water more than most people, and wow. Bravo. Even I had to do multiple takes to make sure it wasn't just a picture.
No way! This one is more realistic than the other one voted most realistic. This totally looks like a photograph.
dear god how I wish my hair was as untangled as this when coming out of a pool. absolutely amazing painting!
Maybe "skill" but not "art". . . why not just take a photo and leave it at that? Too OCD for me!
The Previous Tallest Tree In Wales After A Chainsaw Artist
I love that the hand is dirty. It makes it look more realistic to me.
According to a slew of movie slayings, it's easier to use on humans than wood.
Load More Replies...Alpert, who works with many elite performers and leaders, suggests to "play it out in your mind and visualize the steps you will take on your big day."
"When you start to doubt yourself that only destabilizes your belief in yourself. Think of your belief as a table top with four legs. When you feel doubtful it is the equivalent of going over that table, grabbing a leg, and shaking it — it will make that table top (belief) less strong and less stable because you introduce negative thoughts into your mindset," he explained.
A Mailbox I Made. Not Sure If It’s Up To Par For This Sub, But I’m Very Proud

Miniature Painting Of A Peaceful Creek
On the thumbnail on main page, I thought this was a failed TV-purchase from wish or so.. 🤦♂️ in my defence, I'm newly awakened..

Fiat 500, Ballpoint Pen Drawing By Me
I always end up with ink everywhere or nowhere so I have no ideas how they do this
Load More Replies...Check out the amazing graphic novels My Favorite Thing is Monsters volumes 1 and 2 by Emil Ferris. Drawn entirely with ballpoint, with absolutely breathtaking art and storytelling.
You can shade using a ballpoint pen, it's about the different levels of hand pressure that you put on the pen. It's bloody hard to get right though!
He does use Bic! Among others. I did a bit of reading about him, he’s a Ukrainian artist called Pavlo Scherbatyuk.
Load More Replies...I'm assuming not just a blue one. Those cobblestones are epic!
Cool Painting
However, it's not just the preparation for and your performance that matter. You can also incorporate rituals or practices after you're done with it to improve further.
"It's not a bad idea to review your performance and try to understand what went well and what areas to work on," Alpert said.
"A performance can be diagnostic in some ways as it reveals what can be done to improve your game. Don't see any area of deficiency as a weakness, but rather as an opportunity for improvement that will make you stronger."
The Greatest Accomplishment Of My Life
A 4ft x 3ft illustration depicting me leaving organized religion, becoming an addict, attempting su****e, living in a homeless shelter, and finally finding myself.
This is an emotional rollercoaster. Glad you found yourself <3
Being able to document that deep of a journey in such a descriptive and beautiful way is almost as difficult as that journey. Admiration and love.
It is indeed, the most truthful and finest representation of you and your life so far, and overcoming the odds and winning the battle, and also the small wars. This, I think is your soul!
A truly creative soul. I sometimes think the best thing you can do with painful experience is recycle it to inspire others.

Painted For 5 Hours Today And This Was The Result
Only 5 hours!?!!! I couldn't create this in my lifetime, let alone 5 hours.
Your light and shadow work is extremely fantastic! Looks like a d reminds me of Hawaii!
Just five hours, and this? And I'll perhaps take a lifetime, and still may not be able to do this.
The LOTR Wall My Mother Painted For My 15 Year Old Self (2016). Was Told To Post It Here

This "Rug" Is Carved Into The Oak-Wood Floor By Spanish Artist Selva Aparicio
I wonder if they've considered filling it with resin and then buffing over the top to preserve details but keep it flat.
Load More Replies...I love it. The only thing is I would be trying to flip that bit of fringe off the rug constantly.
It would need a coat of varnish (doesn't look like it's done, so far), as the bared wood would discolour and be vulnerable to liquids.
Ha. Now you've pointed it out, it's bugging me too🤣
Load More Replies...I have four kitties who destroy furniture and rugs. THIS I could use!
I'm impressed by the skill required but baffled at doing that to a beautiful wooden floor. Stumbling across it in bare feet in middle of night doesn't sound fun either.
Throwback Drawing On My iPad, Close Up Cat Face
I remember being bored in class and doodling on my iPad but this is better than my stickmen
Stickmen are beautiful in their simplicity. Don’t trash the stick man!

I Am A Cremation Artist. I Make Custom Art Pieces Using Pet And Human Cremation Ashes To Honor Those Who Have Passed. This Is A Galaxy Orb I Created
I have 2 glass “gems” made out of my grandma’s ashes - one stays in the car with me, because it’s actually her car that I inherited when she passed, and the other stays in the kitchen because her and I cooked together often 😊 she’s always with me at home or on the road
That's the sweetest coolest thing! You are an amazing human to keep your grandma so close and honor her legacy of your time together.
Load More Replies...My father died three years ago, after suffering through 21 years of being entirely bedridden and disabled with a catastrophic brain injury after an accident that happened in 2000, when I was 18. I was with him when he died; my mother and sister "couldn't handle it" and they bailed. I stayed, held my dad's hand, and told him it was okay to finally go and be at peace. I have his ashes (my mother refuses to even acknowledge that he died) and I would LOVE to have some of my dad's ashes made into something like this. I think he'd like it.
God bless you and your father; him for enduring it and you for your love, dedication and obviously beautiful spirit. (If you are atheist, the universe blesses you.)
Load More Replies...That's just how a fake nail manicure looks like underneath it all : )
Load More Replies...Each person has their own way of dealing with loss. My nieces had some of my sister's ashes put into necklaces and offered me one. I politely declined, as I prefer to remember my sister in other ways.
I like stuff like this. Sadly it‘s not allowed to use human remains like that, where I am from. I get it why, but still…
makes one wonder( us believers) if it will explode when "JESUS" returns for his children??
Incredible Embroidery Talent By Artist Youmeng Liu. Check Her Insta For More Pictures & Videos!
This is Turkey work embroidery (named after the country where it originated in rug making), also called Ghiordes knot. Its really fiddly to do and takes ages. You have to stitch loops, lock each loop in place then snip the loops to make the pile. This is just brilliant-I'm not bad at embroidery, but this would take me days and days to do.
Amazing Special Effects Makeup Artist Makes Actors Skin Look Like Real Hardwood
I think it's Zuckerberg before Gepetto got his wish partially granted. What he got was a bit shy of human.
Before reading the caption I was like wow what a realistic wood carving! and then I read it and my mind was BLOWN. this talent is INSANE
Can you reverse the process. Just asking for a "friend." A Facebook friend. OK, the guy who runs the place.

Some Examples Of My Wife's Strange And Unusual Artworks
How cool she must be to see things like this, others can only imagine! And, she brings them to life!!!

Load More Replies...Origami Gorilla That I Designed And Folded From A Single Piece Of Paper
Hard to describe in words, and I don't know this particular design, but I have made some origami models with fingers, and the best description I can offer is if you imagine some v-shaped creases that go back and forth like a paper fan, that should give a rough idea
Load More Replies...I think this is the same artist who made the origami assassin, that was also in this thread.
How is this possible with 1 piece of paper? How big is this paper?
Its math! Im a member of OrigamiUSA and the really cool thing about origami is it has a universal symbol language so I books in Japanese, Chinese, Portuguese, Korean, Russian, Spanish and English and while I cant read the artists descriptions of the pieces I can fold all of them. Because the language of origami is universal!

I Work With CGI And This Is My 2nd Attempt In Trying Create Photorealism With Interiors! Took Around 100hrs For The Whole Project!
Looks both real and super cozy, you really nailed the subtle details that give it personality and authenticity.
If I didn't know this was CGI picture, I would think this was a real room.
I love the little cubes with faces and legs on the table. And the one who fell on the ground. No clue what they are but if you zoom in they're really cute🙂
I'm now realizing my understanding of what I thought cgi was is vastly wrong
‘Mushroom Dude’. A Mug I Designed
Just Finished And Framed Her
It's abstract, so the meaning is what you make of it. That being said, some artists will share their thought process and what they believe it means, but some leave it up to you.
Load More Replies...This looks very much like a "magic eye" image. When you blur your focus and hold the picture at a certain distance, it looks like a redheaded woman looking down and to the left (her right) with large breasts maybe coming up out of water ... at least that's what I see
I don’t know why but for some reason this picture is somewhat comforting as it sort of feels like the light at the end of the tunnel
My first reaction is always, "Wow! So cool! These people are incredibly talented!" My second reaction is usually, "I'm going to spend the rest of my life sitting in a dark room somewhere because I have no talents."
