I’m a professional illustrator with a strong fondness for political, social and human issues, with more than 10 years experience collaborating with several publications and companies across four continents. For a long time, I wanted to do a selection of my best works to show some of the problems afflicting the world nowadays.
I use a mixed media, that is, I draw and ink the drawings by hand and then color it using a tablet, takes me around 1 to 3 days to each one, depending on how complex. “How are our relationships changing because of technology?”, “We want to save the world, but how dependent are we on other people's slave work?", "What are the ideas that free and restrain us?", are just some of the important issues I want to address.
So what about you? What are your questions? I mean, the really important ones. Please let me know!

Your Own Personal Slaves
Pro Life
Exactly, Pro-lifers ignore the kids living in foster care, and the ones locked up in cages. If they were really concerned about the welfare of children because of what it says in the bible, they would actually be opposed to the imprisonment of child.
Clean The Planet
Gender Gap
Poverty
As I have said many times, there is no shortage of money, it's simply in the wrong hands !!!
Walking Together
Overwork
Health Is A Business
A Successful Man

I Own The Water
Aaaaaaaaaaaah Nestlé and their ex-boss views... Who may or might not reflect the company views

You You You
Facebook Spies
Everything you post online is going to be seen by potential employers, bankers, credit card companies, your doctor, your co-workers, neighbors, friends, family, anyone you want to date, car dealers, insurance agents, rental agents, airlines, hospitals, churches, cable companies, you-name-it they know it, any of your business you put online, and if you "share" enough info, they will be able to guess at even the stuff you don't "share". Have a nice day
Freedom
Plastic Islands
Politicians
Fake News
Exactly and both sides are guilty of putting narrative spin on the news. With pundunts like Maddows, Ingram, Hannity, and others being the worst of the lot.
Depression
Nah, depression is more like that statue of Atlas being sucked into a black hole.
Online Privacy
that's why you should never post anything that can affect your career or personal life online.
Ego
I think its that everyone thinks they are the weird one or the outcast, but in reality, everyone is different.
Out Of Job
There are some jobs out there that I am very glad robots are taking, jobs that are so dangerous and toxic that humans shouldn't be doing them. We as people need to adjust just how our societies run and how people earn a living... technology is making the current systems incompatible with progress
Immigrants
The Virus
If you're saying humanity is a virus, I agree. And the best way to get rid of a virus is with heat.
Divorce
Not always true. When my parents split, my dad wanted nothing to do with me. He moved to the other end of the country, started another family (his third), then went to prison for 5 years for beating his wife. He tried to contact me when he got out, but since he didn't bother for the 20 years he was gone before that, I sent him a message by proxy that he'd had his chances, and never took them, so I wanted nothing to do with him. He's dead now, and that's good, because as far as I know, he assaulted every woman he was ever with.
Opinion Polls
That's true - UK polls for the last election showed things to be very different to the actual outcome.
Fashion
NO ONE in the comments has noticed the point of this. Th point of this is that we are so greedy and lusty that we forget to be a role model for children.
Trump's Wall
Humpty Twat. Sorry, I meant Twat Dumpty. I mean Twat Twat. Massive Twat. I give up...
Facebook Death
We Rule The World
Media And Facts
Everthing has to be checked now. My best friends are now Hoaxbusters, FactCheck and Snopes.
Artificial Intelligence President
Greta Thunberg
Donald trump applauded the green world speech of greta thunberg. Though he always says he does'nt believe in climate change. What a wow!

While I agree with probably 90% of these I fail to see how a series of illustrations is going to change things one iota. Most people are aware of these problems and self righteous cartoons aren't going to bring about any changes or change anybody's mind.
Thanks! You can think about it this way, if images and sounds can influence people negatively (arvertisement, reality shows, news, etc) why can't influence people positively? Changes then happen (or not) by public opinion pressure, consumer choice and sometimes even though vote.
Many people have severe cognitive dissonance and cannot consider or accept any idea that doesn't support their pre-existing worldview. They will look at these illustrations and interpret them accordingly.
I think that art can be VERY powerful, however I agree with you that this is pretty self-righteous because, all of these concepts have been explored in art that was roughly at least as or more evocative, and most of these are not new takes on subjects that we've seen time and time again and are very aware of. Plus, there's a lot of "not quite takes" here, like the stuff about the environment - in reality, the issue is not "the average person not caring" but capitalism unregulated by governments who don't put restrictions on companies responsible for the majority of pollution. The "blame" in these sorts of drawings is too often misplaced to make it look like it's "every individual doing equal harm".
The cultural drum beat that comes from art is instrumental in changing societal norms and influences. The artists, the poets, the writers have always been the vanguard. The repetition is not accidental or coincidental, it is how it has always worked. The creatives who do not participate have traditionally been coopted into propaganda for the standard, the current regime.
Art can be an instrument for change. Sometimes people and history DOES change based on Music/Literature/Visual Arts' efforts. So I agree maybe this set of illustrations won't be the holy grial to save us all, but they might collectively change something, even if we don't realize it now.
facebook, media, trump, war, technology, pollution ect...the same old "what's wrong with our society" bullshit.i especially love when artists blame media and technology, but without them they could not work nor have a job
