Hello, Pandas! This is my first post here. I love making whimsical fantasy creatures with clay. This video is a time-lapse of my latest project—”Pilla the Merchant”.

The project took me about two months to finish.
It is rather small: about 23 cm high.
Mostly it is sculpted with polymer clay, baked and painted with acrylics.
Foil and wire were, as usual, used for armature and a wooden board as a base.
Additionally, I used air-dry stone clay for moss and air-dry resin clay for grass.
I sculpted 54 individual branches and then assembled them into these cages.
All other small details like mushrooms, caterpillars, charms were also sculpted and painted separately from the main piece.
Later they were attached using threads and glue.
And I’m particularly proud of this clover! I hope you like it!
