What helps solve this problem are dresses that are "figure skimming". Not too flowy, not too tight, figure-skimming, with actual structure instead of something that just flops into every nook and cranny. When going to formal events honestly, it's worth considering altering a dress to make it best for you, it's not often that something works right off the rack.

I eat absolut trash for ~11 months of a year, then around the summertime I have a moment of realisation I should probably eat healthier cause I look flabby af, so I go on a one -month healthy diet and then Im like "ok that's enough" and the cycle continues
