i don't agree. my dogs get super cold and we live in the UK. she is a good dog mum. it looks like they are in Siberia where it get super cold. good on her keeping him warm

Some people do this so they don't feel completely isolated from their environment

Also when being on the street/transport etc it's better if you are aware of your surroundings, in case of anything happens (a car from behind or any other possible threat)

I do this in case people want to talk to me, or I need to listen out for an announcement.

I do that so I can also hear what's going on around me.

It's actually safer tondo this. You should never be torally zoned out in public. You should always be aware of what is going on around you in case if energency

I ride the bus a lot. I wear one so I can hear if any craziness starts to go down
