I love my partner to bits, but I’m no good with words, and I wanna show them I care! Could you help me out please?

How about this: "I love you to bits, but I'm no good with words....." I think your partner knows you and will appreciate everything you say. A memorized phrase suggested by others will not make anyone as happy as something that comes straight from your heart no matter how clumsy it might sound. Maybe you could also think about the things you particularly like about your partner and talk about them.
As long as you show them that you love them, it doesn't matter what you say. If they love you back, they won't care if it doesn't sound perfect.
You can say, that “though we may not always see eye to eye, I don’t just love you, I appreciate you. As much as I want you. I need you.” Or. You could ask them to dance, and when they say there isn’t music playing, just start to dance and say “there’s always time to dance”
