GOD I HATE THIS ONE. I have had people tell me I am racist based solely on the fact I am white and I find it offensive. The irony was palpable given it was a racist black person telling me that. Don't know me, don't know the loving relationship I have with my black grandchildren, I didn't say anything racist - just -- "oh, you white? then you are a racist"

You are aware that there are many races other than 'black' aren't you? Racism is not limited to 'black folks'. Jews probably face the most racism (and have done for a long time) but look how successful they are - why hasnt racism kept them down?

Racism still exists as strongly as it does BECAUSE of the racists that exist within each of the skin color groups. And it's not only to others of a different skin color. Some of them will actually turn against those within their own group who aren't living their lives according to what is considered "normal".

I agree! It's saddening to know that the once-popular superstition that black cats bring bad luck has caused harm to these beautiful creatures. Fortunately in modern times, many no longer hold this belief with the same seriousness. While some may still consider black cats a sign of bad luck, many consider them just another cat with no devious meaning.

No...see the issue that many people have is that certain people invoke the word "woke" and think it makes them immune to criticism, while simultaneously refuting any factual information....that they just don't like. An example? The latest fixation is the notion that you can be "healthy at any size" All the evidence based research proving, time and time again that idea is nonsense? Well that's just because everyone has been "conditioned" to believe it. It's a conspiracy! All cops are evil, all white people are racist, all men are toxic, and every problem in your life is the result of capitalism. Actors are monsters for taking certain roles, and being _____ is automatically a justification, or excuse for any and all situations. An endless stream of outrage, as if the entire outside world exists only to aggravate, insult and offend you, specifically. Being critical of YOU and your opinion is not the same as being against _______.

Politicians and talking heads take nebulous concepts such as this and turn it to their benefit. It's much simpler for them to control a group and get them frothing for conflict if the group doesn't have to think about what's going on or the ramifications of any actions associated with it. Basically it's used as a method to keep people ignorant or stupid.

I just resd a good article about how the right is very good at taking poisitive words ( woke, critical race theory, liberal ) and making them slurs. The reason why i didnt say " great article" is the author kept using the word " messaging" and i would use " propaganda". Make no mistake, what is happenning in Florida is the same thing our teachers told us Russia was like during the Cold War. And woke is about ANY injustice, not just racism.

Woke ideology is hypocritical. It has no tolerance of alternative viewpoints or experiences. Woke is just one group of people attempting to force their beliefs on everyone else. It's very anti-American, anti-freedom, anti-choice, anti-tolerance and just about anti-everything. When someone disagrees with a woke person, they are immediately labelled when all they are doing is expressing their rights to have their own beliefs and opinions. That's why woke is bad.

I would say that what we call 'woke' is about important topics and questions. However, many woke people are populist and think only black and white, they are splitting, they are rarely self-reflective so they can't achieve anything but marginalize people who have different opinions or dare to raise questions.

The problem I've seen through my life is that the christians who differentiate as you mention are often far quieter than those whose prejudices get voiced around the world. When the group that differentiates voice is as loud or louder than the voice of the prejudiced I'll start painting each group with a different brush. Until then, they're all getting painted the same in my book.

That fact that you stereotype Christians as people who follow the teaching of Jesus (be loving, show forgiveness, be accepting of others) is your first mistake. Catholics hardly show forgiveness concerning things like divorce, are hardly accepting of others concerning contraception etc. This is a stereotype that bothers me!

You have to admit when Christians support a sexual assaulting, racist, con man for president that you can't blame people for having that perception. The silence from the so-called " really nice kind and accepting people" definitely did not help change that perception. It might help if they stayed out of people's bedrooms and doctors offices.

I don't judge dogs. I judge the owners and how they train them. I've been nipped at by a small-ish dog. I'm wary of any dog I come across in a respectful way. I know pitbulls are not the threat lawmakers have made them out to be, but I do know they have the most fatalities of dog attacks because of their powerful bite. Even then, attacks are not the most common of any other dogs.

Right. You may be surprised at the fact that most dog bites are from cocker spanials/cocker spanial mixes, Pomeranians, lhasa apso, basically dogs under 30 pounds. Now this does not mean that all small dogs bite. Just certain individuals, coincidentally due to some stupid a$$ human/humans, seems like majority of small dogs. I've groomed so many Sweet cockers, Pomeranians, etc...it's hard for me to believe when I do get bit.

Ah, video gamers. Some of them are very sharp players who could kick anyone's a*s at CoD. I've watched some players online. Not sure how they're able to see the tiny markers of their opponents or know who's on their side so quickly. Teens seem lazy because they get tired about as much as toddlers do, and I would say naps are essential to them. Resting is not being unproductive.

Broadly speaking? Yeah, most of them are. They're not fully formed, overly emotional creatures with zero life experience and little to no concept of anything that existed before they were born, and no capacity to plan further than 6 months in the future. Take a look at all the teens and 20 something (who've been parroting the statement for 10 years) saying "this is the worst time EVER for "insert demographic here" It's not. Doesn't even matter which demographic you fill in, it's not and it's not even close, and it's not a debatable point because there are people alive who have lived through the worse times. Quantify it as ignorance, or simply lack of experience....where stupid comes in is when so many teenagers pretend those things aren't even relevant. For instance....The number of young people that think capitalism is evil, and everyone would be much better off adopting communism.

That all "Boomers" (people in a certain age group) are too senile to operate a smart phone, have no idea what younger people are doing, don't know how to decorate their homes, are hogging their money and jobs for themselves. You know, you see those lists of how dumb we are everywhere. We are none of those things.

Boomers are simply people born in the years following WW2 when soldiers returning to their wives/girlfriends resulted in a "baby boom." I'm a boomer, born in the 1950s. When I retired from work I left a career in IT support. I'm current in events, music and social media. "Boomer" is not an insult, it's an age group.

I'm Gen X and I get this too. Apparently, X does not exist and we are lumped in with Boomers. It's annoying and I hate that companies (f*****g AARP) keep perpetuating this stereotype of older people. One part of this stereotype I find really hilarious is how old and feeble we supposedly are, yet it seems half the Zoomer's are obese and can't make up a few flights of stairs. I have blown past them repeatedly on my commute from the train, and I'm carrying a mountain bike and have a backpack.

As a matter of numbers, there are far more people of the younger generations within society who are actively screwing those within their own or other generations in the same way they all blame the boomers for. It's just easier for them to scapegoat a group whose representation is dwindling.

What does he know? He's so OLD!" Folks, my age group have been working with tech for decades! And we still apply for jobs, etc. And we know it's important to save money. That anyone who is diagnosed as psychotic is a dangerous 'nutter' who is out to kill everyone and they should all be locked away in a psychiatric hospital. Psychosis means you experience things that others do not (such as hearing voices, smelling strange odours or seeing unusual people) and can be very upsetting. However, with therapy and medications most of us live happy, productive lives and do not need to spend time in secure hospital settings. If we ever do need to be hospitalised, it is often because we are exhibiting behaviour that is likely to harm ourselves, not others.

The only times I’ve ever been hospitalized is when I tried to harm/kill myself. I never could even bear the thought of hurting someone else. Luckily I’m doing a lot better now, for the most part.

While women do have hormonal issues that can cause weight fluctuations, that does not mean that we should treat them any different then men if they are obese. If men are fat when they go to the doc, the doc tells them they are overweight and they need to lose weight. If you say that to most women, they will cry, or say you're insensitive or sexist and simmer about it for the next 3 weeks. Nope, you are just fat. Accept it or do something about it

And that being overweight=being unhealthy while being skinny=being healthy. I know so many people with a skinny body that eat junk food all the time, but they judge overweight people and claim they only judge them for being unhealthy, when in reality, the only difference is that they have a higher metabolism. Junk food is moderation is ok, but to actually be healthy, you have to eat healthy. Not to mention, this whole societal obsession with being thin has greatly contributed to eating disorders, and there is nothing healthy about those.

I sometimes wonder if the Karen thing arose because of political correctness. In my youth people would have called such a person a "B" (word) but now days that will likely get a person fired. So like many words that can't be said, somebody comes up with an alternative word that is not a swear. In this case it happened to be a first name. It's like the TV cheat words of Frack! (battlestar galactica) and Shazbot! (mork and mindy) and similar. "Well, I didn't say the F word or the SH.. word. all I said was..." PS - sympathy shout to the holders of other names with stigmas attached. Chad, for example.

Plus 'been with the opposite sex' is also a cover in places where someone needs to pass as "normal". Especially places where homosexuality will get you prison or killed. Gay people marrying straight has been a thing for generations. I think it was here on BP where I learned about two famous people (sorry, forgot who) where he/she were both gay but they married each other so the world would be satisfied with their man-woman relationship. Even though they were just good friends and went on being themselves in private.

"Asian" is an extremely large blanket. Russians/Indians/Chinese are all technically Asian. While I might be able to discern between a white Russian (no pun intended) and a native of India, I'm less likely to identify a single/lone person of a specific race (if that's the right word). I may be able to discern Korean from Chinese from Japanese and still incorrectly identify country of origin.

As a white person, I know better than to guess an Asian identity. Even if I think the name might be Chinese, they could be from Taiwan. It's like a POC looking at a white person and trying to guess where their ancestors came from.

Being an addict doesn't make you a bad person, but it often makes you behave like a bad person. Once the addiction is under control, one's natural personality can come out. The problem with addiction if often that the addiction is the most important thing, so one behaves like a a pathological narcissist. The addict may not be an inherently bad person, but the damage they cause is the same. Addiction is not fair. So many times (most/all the time?) there are reasons people become addicts (or narcissists), things that are not their fault/that they didn't deserve, but ultimately that doesn't truly excuse their bad behavior. "The past is not your fault, but it is your responsibility." Gotta deal with your past so it stops f*****g up your present...

My ex was/is an addict, and I've know other addicts. I would say another stereotype is that an addict is always after the next fix before their high is over, or trying to get their vices every few hours. When really there can be days and perhaps weeks before they get it again. They may be in the worst moods, but some addicts try really hard to have some control and focus on priorities. And sometimes they'll let it consume them. Addicts may not actually be aware how addicted they are. Not every addict is addicted to one thing, either. There could be a multitude of things, good or bad, they may turn to.

I'm a teacher in the UK. It is so important to understand the difference between bad behaviour and a bad child. Even more important is the understanding that the "bad child" has issues (probably but not certainly) at home that cause them to make bad choices. I knew a kid who needed to be restrained to stop them hitting other children. We eventually realised that he wanted physical contact (a hug) and the only way he knew to get that was by attacking another child sohe could be restrained. His behaviour was in order to to get restrained, which was the closest thing he got to a hug at all. Very sad home life.

Who would say this? That's like saying diabetics are bad people! Also addiction is so complicated. Many addicts go undiagnosed, keeping their addiction below the radar. Some are addicts because of their horrible circumstances and need something to cope. Think about kids who are forced to sell themselves huffing paint thinner. Are they bad people?

Stereotypes can be like pesky flies, buzzing around and irritating our thoughts. One stereotype that truly gets under my skin is the notion of "Alpha males.". I find myself cringing at the oversimplified idea of what an "Alpha male" should be. It's as if we're stuck in a time loop, unable to move beyond traditional notions of dominance and assertiveness as the only indicators of strength. Even more irritating, this stereotype ignores the complex human qualities that play a role in effective leadership. Leadership is more than having the loudest presence or exhibiting authority. It embraces empathy, resilience, and the ability to foster collaboration—traits that anyone, regardless of gender, can possess and leverage to make a meaningful impact.

I feel like alpha male is very much a thing, just not the thing self professed alpha males think it is. By that I mean I have known people who were great natural leaders who didn't claim to be alphas and then there are the people claiming to be alphas who seem to just be pretentious douchebags who are not good leaders. So let the 'alphas' keep sharing their red flag with the world so the rest of us know to avoid them. When I was in school (long long ago in a galaxy far away - lol ) nobody used the term alpha male but we had a couple who fit the general profile.

A few. On young parents, particularly mothers. We seem to get the brunt of scrutiny over young dads. (Whenever people see a young dad with his kids people think he's working like a dog, doing all the sacrificing and a "hero" for sticking around.) But this is what I've heard: "Teen/young adult moms don't raise their kids. They make the grandparents raise them." "Young moms are all irresponsible." "She got pregnant because she flirts too much. Look at how she dresses. That's definitely how she became a mom at young age." "Ugh. Look at her with that kid. Sponging off the taxpayers while we work." Being a young mom, myself, and having been around many other mothers and fathers of all ages, I cannot speak for everyone. Everyone is an individual, who became pregnant when they did. Not every teen mom is so irresponsible, a high school drop out nor pawning their kids off to their parents. And not every older 30/40/50 something parent is super responsible, has it made and not having a bunch of people watch their kids while they go out to clubs and bars. Even now that I'm older, my daughter has grown, I get the question of how old I am and how old my daughter is, because they think we're sisters or friends. Then they want to know how old I had her. If it's not co-workers asking, people want to know where I work, if I work, how much I make, make the assumption I got a GED after asking if I finished High School. (I completed Grade 12 with diploma and enough credits.) They also want to ask about my daughter's dad, if he's still around, paid child support. Like, really invasive questions one wouldn't bother asking any other person. Although our parents definitely helped out and were supportive, we were the sole parents raising our daughter. I took her to all of her doctor, dentist, speech therapy, developmental, optometry, hearing appointments, parent teacher conference meetings and brought her to and from school, for most of the time. I've had people ask if I'm high, assume I do drugs, live off welfare or and party all the time. "People who work for minimum wage/low pay at an "unskilled" job did something wrong in their life if they're older than a teenager." "They are uneducated, High School drop outs and don't have any skills to contribute to a "real" career." People who mutter this drivel can f**k off. The fact there has to be minimum wage laws, and the government has to basically force employers to give their employees raises by raising the min. wage, says more about those companies than the personal lives of the employees. Oh, hey. Here's an idea. Have a chat with people and get to know them. You may be quite surprised how much in common you have with someone, despite their financial levels.

Being a young parent especially if you are a single female is tough. Single dads are hero's with women waiting in line to date them and do his dirty work. Women do not enjoy this luxury because the standards for a male parent are low and also, the world hates women. It sucks, but it's true. People's first instinct with a single mother is disdain and if you are young they think you are incompetent. As far as the low wage earners goes, there are plenty of people with degrees working in the labor pool. Why? Because we are a nation of over educated idiots with no practical life skills. It's the lowly folks who make the world move and when we finally wake up and collectively revolt, those in power(govorporations) will be s******g their britches

That young people don’t/can’t have medical issues. If someone’s under the age of 25 or so, a lot of doctors tend to dismiss what they say because they’re “young and don’t have enough knowledge/wisdom yet”. It really shouldn’t be that way. You know your body the best, if something doesn’t feel right you MUST keep at the doctor until you get the tests/procedures you need. Go for a second opinion at another doctor’s office if you have to as well.

I think the Asian stereotype comes from the study ethic of the society. OP says they excel at classes because they study. But it is more likely that you study because you are Asian and the culture expects it. I know not "ALL" Asians any more than all anybody anything. It is never all. But what I am trying to say is a compliment from an American - that the Asian countries I have been to seem to be more responsible / adult about taking their education seriously. I honestly wish more American school children were this way.

The way I look at it, looks will only get you so far for the average job. It has been said "pretty is boring" by Tyra Banks on America's Next Top Model. I have my own reservations on that show, but I will say she wasn't wrong there. Ever go through Instagram and see the same similar make up and hair looks, on very similar faces due to all the filters? Ever think to yourself "Again? Boring."? Or how about watching digital artists creating the same faces, with the same expressions and think "There's no variety". At some point, after so many people get inspired to copy the "pretty people/things" it all gets lost in an ocean of monotony and that one person you first saw will no longer strike you as memorable. ... I went completely off track in my head. Beauty is also suggestive. Pretty people are vulnerable to the jealous and insecure.

I have never heard anyone say Asians do not work hard. If anything I see so many Asians work harder, have more disciplines and take studies and their work more seriously. To me, that is working extra hard. Mad respect. I have met like 2 that f*** off and still they are not in a bad place financially. Success does come in all shapes and sizes though.

What I mean is a lot of people think Asians are born smart and never have to work as hard as others. Which isn’t true. Also, thank you for not saying that Asians are born smart.

As a white man, I find it strange the African-Americans are stereotyped as being obsessed with fried chicken and watermelons, and therefore they are stupid, because...reasons? I desperately need context for this one.

After the civil war watermelons were one of the first crops formerly enslaved people could grow and sell. The people who used to exploit them got angry about that and started making eating and selling them a negative to disparage the black people. Same thing with fried chicken, as a way to negatively view, and talk about something black people may have done. Every stereotype is pretty much meant to justify them being treated as a lesser person

the fried chicken one comes about because, before segregation ended, many restaurants would not serve Blacks. Any Black family making a road-trip would be wise to bring their own food along. Fried chicken keeps pretty well, travels well, tastes good cold, and was (and still is) relatively cheap. Therefore Black motorists would often be seen eating fried chicken at roadside picnic areas. And the stereotype is born.

I think a lot of people don't get that autism is a spectrum. Even more so now with the change in the DSM but even before. It isn't an "on / off" kind of thing. The spectrum word is getting used more these days so hopefully folks start to grok that every human is different.

My ex roommates son was six and autistic. I truly enjoyed my time with him. He had different understandings of things that I appreciated. We watched Vampirina on Disney together and he was so happy to watch and be in my company. His father neglected him and myself and another roommate raised that child for a year. I can't say I understand Autism but that child taught me so much about my perception and how to deal with the world.

I don't see it as much these days, but the stereotype of "if you have tattoos, you must be some kind of trouble maker" I never understood how that idea came about. I knew a girl who got fired from her job because her boss found out she had a tattoo that couldn't even be seen unless she was wearing a low cut shirt. It was a teddy bear with her parents names tattooed above her heart. They'd passed in a car accident. But he just immediately decided she was a delinquent because she had a tattoo and was "no longer fit for the company"

Sexism. I’m a female vet. I’ve driven tanks. I have lived in the woods in a canvas tent and hung out in trenches in the dead of winter. Now I’m a mold inspector and I crawl under houses and I actually chose my profession. A client calls and sets up an appointment and he thinks there might be a problem with his crawl space. At the end of the conversation I say so I’ll see you at 10 am tomorrow. “Wait, what?” He says, you’re coming?!” . “Is there a problem?” I ask..”But you’re a girl!” He emphatically replied..”And??!!” Seriously? What?

Just because they're capable doesn't mean it's common. 76.3% of mold and moisture inspectors in the US are male. That's not a stereotype, that's just a fact. Just like 97% of bricklayers, 98.2% of electricians and 96.5% of firefighters are men. People are just as surprised when they encounter a male nurse, as they account for 12% of the profession. Nothing to do with ability, just commonality.

Maybe I should have added a little more context. He proceeded to tell me he needed someone to go under the house. I told him I understood and it was my job to go under the house and I planned on doing that very thing. He then added that I shouldn't, couldn't, wouldn't, etc because I'm a girl. It wasn't surprise. He legitimately questioned whether I was capable of doing so. I do understand where you are coming from and I appreciate the comment but after 15 years in the army of encountered enough sexism to recognize it.

I have experienced this one as well (as a bi/pan woman), and I find it complicated. Because my first reaction is to defend myself ("I'm not a s**t"), but actually I would like to defend all women ("there is nothing wrong with enjoying your sexuality, and the word 's**t' shouldn't even exist"). - Edit: just the fact it gets censored makes me angry, like sexuality is something bad or shameful.

As an American who managed to escape that sinking ship i can tell you from personal experience that it's kind of a dumpster fire. Over 60% of the country has never, and will never have a passport. The government is laughably broken, and yet it was celebrated as an achievement when 49.6% of REGISTERED voters turned out to vote in a mid term. 40% don't turn out for presidential elections, and the ones that do are hyper focused on a single issue that applies directly to them...which is why despite 75% of the country being in favor of stricter gun control laws....they never, ever happen! . 4% of the population accounts for 15% of global pollution, half the country thinks it doesn't matter, and the other half thinks they have no role and thus no responsibility. A growing subset is desperately seeking a switch to communism, and as the world burns, melts and floods...the most important issue to pandering to the feelings of this group or that. Being friendly doesn't absolve them of failures.

There is no "sometimes" it's never, ever healthy. That you can be obese at 20 and have clean bloodwork, doesn't mean that's going to be true in 5/10/20 years. Being fat is bad for your health.

One that is something that has been battled against for a while and I have personally witnessed, (especially as the Barbie movie recently came out and books like the blonde identity came out) is the fact that someone born with naturally blonde hair might be thought to be less smart, less understanding, and just a bad/annoying person in general, thankfully I haven't experienced it much but then that meant when I finally did experience it, it crippled my 7 year old soul....

I don't think I've ever met anyone who thought blondes are dumb for real. There were plenty of blond jokes and Pollack jokes when I was a kid but even as a kid I did not believe blondes and Pollacks were dumb. I recognized it as just the handy target for the joke. Just like I'm sure in some countries the Americans are the butt of the joke. Anyway, I'm sorry if you were around people who treated you like that for real.

That people who were raised by abusive and/or neglectful parents will necessarily turn out to be abusive/neglectful themselves or have to work incredibly hard on themselves to avoid that. Important: I don't mean this in the sense of "Yeah, I was spanked and turned out fine"! It just makes me cringe when people assume I could be choleric or wouldn't know how to apologize, praise, hug, show love, etc. I have never been in any way like my parents.

I hate it when people will determine someone’s personality by how they look or how many friends they have. I have a lot of friends and the way I dress is what society thinks a “popular girl” should dress like. As I commented on the other pit bull post-pits can be very sweet. The problem is that if the do attack, they do serious damage and can kill you. If a Jack Russel bites you, it sucks but it’s not a big deal. Almost every deadly dog attack is from a pit. I know rotties, and German Shepherd among others can be deadly-but ALL the other deadly dog attacks added up together are still less than attacks by Pit Bulls. I would never leave my kids around a pit, it’s not worth the risk. Statistics don’t lie

Only when provoked would a pitbull react. I used to have two pitbull mix dogs that were kind and chill. While walking our dogs near a playground with my family, a child approached and bothered one of our dogs. Initially, he remained calm, but as the child persisted, he became defensive. My parents intervened quickly, and this incident unfolded in under a minute. The same principle applies to any dog – they are not aggressive unless provoked to defend themselves. In other words, avoid provoking any type of dog, as they will naturally become defensive due to their instincts.

I spent 24 yrs in the military, both the Army and the Marines.... Stereotypes about the military You're only in the military because you're too dumb to get a real job... Everyone is brainwashed into unthinking obedience to any order... That we can't think for ourselves and that any situation not covered by orders or regulations will cause us to freeze up and not know what to do.... Everyone is trained to be a hair trigger killer.... That just being in the military somehow makes you a better person - more patriotic, pure, honest, and honorable - than anyone else.... That "military grade" or "Milspec" means it's super-duper quality, nope it means it was made by the lowest bidder.... there's so many more.

Honestly, it's more acceptable to be gay than to come out as psychic. Yes, there are frauds but there are fraudulent types in every walk of life. Every military on the planet spent years or decades trying to develop "psy-ops" solders. In every instance they found it to be nonsense. As has everyone else who has ever tested anyone making any such nonsense claim. It is so incredibly disheartening that anyone upvoted this.

Hear me! Not all Greeks are gamers! I don't know where this stereotype of coming from, but for some reason, many people assume that Greeks are experts in technology and have awkward social skills! Greeks are a proud people with culture dating back to thousands of years for crying out loud!

The only stereotype I've ever heard about Greeks is that they all own restaurants. But then, I'm pretty sure this post is a joke.

Probably OP misheard geeks as Greeks for this one (reasonable mistake if you've not heard it before)

i am an identical twin so people think we like the same things and enjoy shaing every thing and it suck because we are not seen as two different people but as one person. so if 1 gets into trouble we both do. if my twin fails a college class i also get in to trouble. and we dont have names we are just called twin or twins. im 16 to put this into context.

Ridiculously negative assumptions (and nearly every movie portrayal) about Christians - from people who've likely never had a serious conversation with a genuine one. Also how casually people bash us without their statements/harshness being questioned.

obviously people who think that’s true haven’t met people from Quebec, they’re pretty rude.

I have the wonder how you treated the French Canadians to get a negative reaction. Besides, isn't saying people from Quebec are rude a stereotype? There are rude people in any group, and it's unfair to judge all of them by the actions of a few.

That all blondes are dumb. My 2 sisters and I are natural blondes. Mom was a natural blonde of Scandinavian descent. My older sister is a concert level pianist with published CDs, she also was a body builder, contestant in the states Mrs. pageant. She has a PhD in Special Education. My younger sister is a retired PA with certification in infection control. I am just a retired RN and certified Case Manager. We all do, in fact, enjoy blonde jokes. And I love being able to play the blonde card at times. For example: getting an extra distributor cap with the wires, stalling my (older, much older) car in traffic. Getting out and grabbing the extra distributor cap from under the hood, tossing it aside, and driving off. Men as a rule freak out. I just say hey I’m a blonde. Get over it

Dutch people being a******s who can't take criticism. I get that the directness is sometimes rude, but realise that Dutch people know how to handle it wich is why they know when someone's rude en when someone's direct. And yes I know being direct is not an excuse for being rude, but most of these are in the same big cities, where everyone can find an a*****e. Also saying someone's a a*****e is not criticism (and almost no one can take criticism)

that christian people are homophobic and do not like to discuss topics such as evil, god in different religions / cultures, different views on death, and of course they cannot ever listen to black metal.
