Hey Pandas, What Are Some Character Names I Could Use In My Book?
Please write as many names as you can think of! Also, you don't have to, but I'm trying to get more unique names so...

I have always been partial to nature names in my stories. They have seem suffisticate. Thistle, Clover, Woodsorrel, Rue, Rose, Lily, Pine, Maple, Stone, Leaf, River, Blossom, Fern.
For girls, Ash (tree), Lynn (stream or waterfall), Tri (short for Patricia, but pronounced, "tree"), Rose, Heather, Fern, Lilly, Paisley, Blossom, Violet, Ivy, Daisy, Iris, Samantha, Rosemary, Poppy, Jasmine, Azalea (all flowers or plants), Raven, Wren (birds), Olive/Olivia, Hazel, Willow, Juniper, Magnolia, Holly, Aspen (all trees), Ruby, Amber, Jade, Crystal (stones), Savannah (grassland with trees), Autumn, Summer, Winter (seasons), April, May, June, Julia/ Julie./Juliette (months), Sienna, Violet, Scarlet (colors), Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, Dakota, Montana (states; I don't recommend Idaho), Melody, Eden, Eve, Journee, Harmony, Flo, Liana (a vine), Jordan (a river), Brooke (brook), Meadow, Sierra (mountain), Flora (plants), Sky, Luna, Aria, Nova (a star), Esther (mistaken as star), Aurora (effect of the sun), Park, Bailey (castle wall), Sawyer (lumberjack), Rachel (sheep), Haven (safe place), Celeste (heavens), Cat. Many of these are plays on words.
Reasonably common American names evoking nature include, for boys, Glenn (flood plain), Stone, Beck (mountain stream), Park, River, Archer, Atlas, Leo (lion), Felix (cat), Colt (horse), Heath (grassland), Wade (to swim, or an oasis), Dakota (a rural state), Jay (bird), Forrest, Onyx (gemstone), Ford (a river crossing), Sage (a type of prairie grass), Wells.
I really like Latin words as names so here are some with the translations from google. Amare=Love, Foveam=Cherish, Risus=Smile, Fortis=Strong, Bellator=Warrior, Furia=Fury, Nauta=Sailor, Stultum=Foolish, Asinus=Fool, Mors=Death, Silva=Forest, Fiducia=Trust, Mendacium=Lie, Dulcis=Sweet, Dolus=Deceit, Infirmus=Weak, Ignavus=Coward, Proditio=Betrayal, Amica=Friend, Splendens=Shining, Ver=Spring.
Whatch out for Latin words, Latin, like Italian, declines; so, e.g. Amica is a femal friend, Amicus the male equivalent;

I am in love with this name! Emeline. If I ever have a girl child I will name her Emeline. Also I can call her Em for short! Another name is Airilina. It's such a pretty name! A male name could be Daniel, or Alexander. :]
I went to school with a girl called Emeline. Everyone call her 'Emmy'. She was really pretty and generally liked by everyone. She had ash-blonde hair (with a slight hint of red), a pretty pug nose, and when she smiled she got dimples that you could hide a hurley ball in. Her mam on the other hand was complete ahole.
I actually use a band name generator or Google Translate for words that have meaning to me or are representative of my characters' personality. (I am a 6x published ghostwriter.)
Nox? It’s a good evil name
Maxwell, Libitia, Rochelle, Romulus, Koria, Lark, Kirteir, Lakuo, Naria, Scarletta, Blair, Hazel, Wisperia, Hunterous.

What I like to do is I would usually think of a personality, color, or animal relation that the character has and convert into Japanese! Examples: Usuagi=Bunny Pinku=Pink Sabishi=Lonely Yoru=night Tayo=day Etc etc
So there is Lydia which is my name but it is not too common. There is also Ahkeriyah which is pronounced A-keir-E-ah. and theres Shaniya. Sh-uh-kni-a
Here are a few that I pulled out of my Dead Draft Pile. Fem: Alaia, meaning joyful Edeline. Or Adeline! Both roughly mean "noble". Maia, which has three separate definitions Adelaide, which I have chosen solely for the phonetic composition Evelyn, actual meaning unclear, possibly "desired" Cassiopeia, utterly pretentious but very pretty (which was mythologically the problem) Calanthe, derived from an orchid, in turn meaning "beautiful flower" Edie, diminuitive of Edith, meaning something along the lines of "fortune of war" Theodosia, roughly meaning "I give to God" Neutral: Emery, whose usage switched from masc to fem at some stage between the Normans and now? For some reason? Florian/e/a, ultimately meaning "flower" Addison. I like this name because you can convincingly apply it to literally anyone Ara: Means lion, which is neat Flick: Can be a diminuitive of Felicity/a, or just a peppy nickname Masc: Giotto, meaning unclear and probably a diminuitive but I like the way it sounds Huon, which might just be a fancier Hugh... Kai, which showed up independently FOUR times the world over Steinar, meaning "stone warrior". Sweet. Elliott, derived from Elijah and meaning "my God is Yahweh", probably? Everett. Honorary mention to days and months.
Tsukuyomi (月読) is the Japanese god of the moon and estranged husband of the sun goddess Amaterasu. A proud but violent deity, his killing of Uke Mochi and consequent separation from his wife were the origins of day and night. ( From Japan) (also thanks google lol)
I love made up aristrocratic names: - Isabella Maria Valentina de Castellanos y Lluch - Augusta Viktoria Josefina Gräfin zu Endenberg-Gottwald
Ciara Alex Alora Alita Axel Isabel (nicknames can be- Iz/Isa/ Izzy) Jace Athena Solstice Maeve Clementine Celeste Sapphira Tiernan Aiden Ophelia Heather Harper Jaden
For a girl: Alia, Marella, Malisa, or Grace For a guy: Nestor, Eoghan of Peter For both: Day, Lyn, or Charlie
