This just happened yesterday. Out to lunch with my bestie....chatting and eating and all of a sudden I projectile vomit....three times in a row. Three. Times.In the restaurant. I came home and threw up for about 12 hours. Fun times.
A lady threw her wine glass at a waiter because the soup du jour was "different than last time"
I work as a part time waitress in the summer, and I can't fit the whole thing here so comments
Sooooo I was waiting a table for a man and his wife ( I think ) and they literally spent the whole time I was taking care of them trying to convince me to date there son..... they showed me pictures, talked me up about how 'caring' he is, and even tried to give me his number. And I'm over here like " do you want fries or not. "
My cousin, who was 13 at the time, was out for a lovely dinner with her parents and siblings. She was the one delivering their wings-for-the-table order, and she asked for marijuana sauce instead of marinara sauce
So this happened when I was four and my sister was five. So my grandma died due to cancer. (She lives a good life and brought 5 kids to the world meet most of the grandkids including me, before she did) so it was after the funeral and the whole family went to a restaurant for dinner. We were all dressed up from the funeral. So the waitress, who I don't blame, asked this "Oh, you're all dressed up nicely! What's the event!?" Now you may think that it would have stung us because of a love one passing, but instead my sister, age five, yelled in the most happy voice so the whole restaurant could hear...
"GRANDMA DIED!"
Anyway cue embarrassed family and embarrassed and really confused waitress
Last year for homecoming i went out w my class of 8 ppl to eat at a nice restaurant. i was joking around and i stuck my arm out really fast and hit our waiter's tray with our glasses of water on it. a bit of the water spilled but none of the glasses fell and broke, but i had a nasty bruise on my arm and i was soo embarrassed.
Anyway it was a fun night a nice man payed for all of our meals (which probs totaled 100-120$) and told us to enjoy our night! hoco was fun and no one has brought up the incident with the glasses (yet...... 😬 hopefully never)
I was in a Golden Corral with my scout troop on a trip to Daniel Boone which was an 12 hour drive from where we were. This is part 1 by the way. So we were seated or something we really just seated our selves and then we got food. After we got our food I guess a kid got bored and literally started playing smash or pass with Pokémon IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RESTAURANT. I’m sitting there like “guys there are other people in this restaurant, there are also kids so maybe not the best time” yeah they kept going. IT WAS very embarrassing. But then we were leaving but We were delayed an hour because someone ate 4 plates of beans. I Mean the waiter literally took the plate from him. Then he destroyed their bathroom. Part 2. On our way back we went to Golden Corral just to witness a mother slapping her baby because he wouldn’t shut up.
At chipotle if you order 2 tacos they will charge you for 2x the guacamole but if you order 3 tacos they charge for only 1x but if you put the order in differently then only charged 1x for guacamole in 2 tacos. My dad always argues an it gets embarrassing because I think that others think that my dad is a Karen
Not that crazy, but I went to a Mexican restaurant and I have lots of allergies so I couldn't order anything off the menu because most of it has cheese, or corn in it. Usually I ask for a plate of rice, beans, and chicken(all plain) and it's tastes good and all is well. But this time I was with my friends, and because of the language barrier, and because we weren't ordering anything off the menu directly- there was a ton of confusion and it took a few minutes just to get my order straight. It was SO embarrassing, and everyone was looking at me and AH. It ended up working out, but still.
