A small story about this sketch work! i started in 2001 and it took me about 8 hours to finish the all cloth detail works and i have not touched face work. After that i held up with study, exams etc.. i missed this sketch too.. and after 14 years that is on 2015 i found this sketch from my old book stuff. then i immediately completed this face work.

My dad doesn’t like it when I draw things that aren’t all happy rainbows and butterflies, he thinks it’s too creepy for someone my age to draw. For the record I’m older than 13, younger than 16. He pretty much has a hobby of criticizing other people’s hobbies.

Awww thank you! The Mushroom Birb Many species develop for survival as our dear friend Antoinette Brown Blackwell wrote to Mr. Darwin about. There are of course many ways to go about such an endeavor of survival. Most tend towards fear. Frighten likely predators into passing you by for easier snacks. The Mushroom Birb is decidedly different in its’ quest to live. It has a unique survival plan. They are darling. I mean this scientifically. Their underside frills capture small breezes making a chirping sound. Being darling they are highly collectable for many reasons beyond the perfectly reasonable, because it is darling.
