Nostalgia is a powerful and, quite frankly, fun thing. Many of us likely have a favorite TV show we watched the first thing in the morning while preparing for school, the same one that influenced our personalities. Or perhaps you can recall the lighter things, the ones that make you laugh and grant some respite from the hectic pace of the world. And then there are the light mistakes, like the popular candy that left a sour taste in your mouth. Basically, nostalgia comes in many forms, we each have fond memories related to childhood (or not-so-distant youth!), and from time to time, it's nice to recall the carefree days of our lives.

I wasn't old enough to remember blockbuster, but i do remember going to the mailbox with my grandma whenever she got deliveries from netflix

We would go in there every weekend and spend like 45 minutes trying to agree on a movie because no one in our friend group liked the same types of movies.

For me it was family video. Almost every friday I would go there with my mom and sister and we would fight over which movie to watch :')
Every corner once had a video shop. It's easier the way it is now, but high streets were fuller and more fun with these places.
