It's a "munchkin" cat. Bred with super short legs because stupid people think it looks cute. But it's very unhealthy for the animal. :(

They have been bred to have short legs so they look more kitten like, but it means they can't climb or jump like other cats. It is also quite interbred which also causes health issues. Most cat organizations don't recognize it as a breed because of those reasons. They are called munchkin cats.

It's a munchkin breed. Their paws are (too) short. It's a deformity but because people think it looks cute they now deliberately breed cats like this. They have a lot of health issues and pain, because it's not just their paws that are deformed, their spine and skull have issues as well.

Some cats are intentionally bred with dwarfism, it makes for an incredibly uncomfortable life and they suffer greatly.
