People Are Amazed By This Tattoo Artist’s Skill In Understanding His Client’s Wish From Such A Bad Sketch
The first obstacle that Sierra Alexis had to overcome when she decided to get a tattoo was her own drawing skills. She had a vision in her head already, but it seems like it was a real struggle to put it on paper. However, she tried her best and went to a tattoo artist with the scribble she made.
After explaining what she really wants to a guy who was about to transfer her idea onto her body, she could only hope he understood her right. When it was done and Sierra posted it on Twitter, her followers were at the same time amazed and entertained about the results. Turns out, the tattoo artist understood exactly what the girl wanted and managed to create an amazing work of art compared to its previous form.
Although Sierra has only more than 1,500 subscribers on Twitter, her post has already been retweeted almost 60k times and has more than 280k likes. Scroll down to see the result for yourself!

Sierra Alexis decided it was time for another tattoo and this time she knew exactly what she wanted
She knew the best way to share the idea with tattoo artist was to show him a drawing, so she tried her best at sketching it
Luckily, the tattoo artist understood Sierra’s ideas, and, compared to the previous drawing, created a real masterpiece
She obviously was very happy about the outcome herself
And sported the new look with a big smile on her face

Share on FacebookI love it haha, and also i imagine this took a bit more explaining then just the drawing
I couldn't figure that one out! I was seeing 'Sinoch' or maybe it was 'kiss' instead of 'o.'
Load More Replies...That is amazing. Fully expected a tattoo of Mickey Mouse on a toddlers head.
That is exactly what I thought it was as well. I'm kind of shocked that she was... that bad at a sketch, but hey, maybe that's normal and I've just been around art people for too much of my life.
Load More Replies...The tattoo artist is not as great as the article reads. His works need work. In one of his tattoos, his shading make it look like the girl has a moustache. The hands are poorly done and he spelled smooch wrong. It has two Os. It is good that he go the picture right but that's also what a consultation is about and that what tattoo artist are supposed to do.
Yeah, he's probably better than I am as an absolute beginner with no experience using a needle instead of a pencil or paintbrush, but I wouldn't go to him if I wanted work done.
Load More Replies...I'm shocked he figured that from her drawing. I thought she wanted mickey mouse! lol unfortunately he is not a good tattoo artist
I thought it was a mouse with a newspaper, on top of a bald persons head, who is worshipping something. Reading the title and seeing the pic before anything else I thought "what?!? A kid got a tattoo?" Most tattoo artists will draw up several sketches. You can tell them what you want, or even say what your interests are or what feeling you want to convey. They are artists...they draw for a living.
Wow. It's great that he was able to interpret it to her liking but he is not a good tattooist at all.
i know part of it is about the budget on how detailed a tattoo might be. And as long as the client is happy, mission accomplished. that being said, it's a horrible final product. the silhouetted girl clashes with the world and hands. the hands are shaded terribly but the Earth is colored flatly. nope. His others works are nice enough, but this composition is not a winner.
Sure, he got what she wanted but he sure isn't a great tattoo artist... But hey as long as she's happy..
What makes you think that he isn’t a great tattoo artist? You try putting exactly what someone wants on their skin from a not-so-amazing drawing.
Load More Replies...People are being so harsh about the final tattoo, whilst it's not the best drawing it is an interesting idea if you think about what it could represent. The dark, dirty looking hands could represent 3rd world poverty, whilst the silhouette of the girl looks relatively upper-class (think Wendy out of Peter Pan) This tattoo could be symbolic for the power that reading and education have, and the part they could play in bringing the two opposite worlds together. Teaching the upper class about those less fortunate, and the importance of educating those who live in poverty, (about growing food, building, sex and diseases etc) so that they may acquire the knowledge they need in order to build themselves better lives.
Good story but think how much more publicity they would have gotten if he'd have replicated the original drawing.
Wow-that man is amazing. I though that was a picture of a person with a mouse holding a piece of cheese on their head. Girl, that s**t is beautiful!
I don’t know whether to upvote or downvote this...
Load More Replies...I thought it was a mom reaching out to hug her child who was holding a piece of art she drew her
So she wanted a woman sitting atop the Earth being held in two hands? Not sure that required a sketch or very much description to create.
That tattoo is f*****g wank. Come on bored panda you are just printing s**t now. Put some f*****g effort in
OK - those of you who think these are bad - can you do as well? I think at least SOME of them are pure art! And I LOVE his interpretation of her drawing. LOL - I saw a mouse sitting on someone's head LOL
I can't fly a Lockheed Martin F-35B/C Lightning II. Therefor I would never call myself a pilot. That fellow should have refused to do a tattoo from that awful drawing. But there are many many that are worse.... "Hey, I'm on my way to McDonalds for a job interview. Wish me luck" images-3-5...1bfe34.jpg
