Protests happen every day (especially recently in the USA) and while we can all agree that they are necessary and often effective when promoting social change, they can be very intense and tiring.
Fortunately, some of the protesters decided to lighten the mood by carrying signs that are not that serious.

Immigrants =/= illegal immigrants. Law is the law, and should be respected. My country has VISA's to USA, and it's hard to get one, but I totally agree with Trump.
He doesn't have a problem with immigrants per say - he has a problem with immigrants here ILLEGALLY. I'm not defending him btw. Just saying
He never said he doesn't like immigrants. You listen to the media too much. He is trying to get rid of illegals, because they take American jobs and they take government handouts. I live in Taiwan, and I work in Taiwan, because I couldn't find a good job in America, only one of those part time jobs Obama created. Obama cancelled my good health insurance. In Taiwan, I get government health insurance, but I am legal. In America, illegals are taking jobs and taking government handouts. I used to have to take government handouts in the USA because I had no good job after the recession closed my boss's business. But I still went back to school, received two Master's degrees, and now I work and live in Taiwan, using my degrees and training for good. I'm not illegal here.
Foreign people are taking American labor jobs because the companies left the U.S. to take advantage of lower wages and fewer labor regulations. Immigrants are taking skilled jobs because there aren't enough Americans getting the appropriate education to fill them - perhaps because Americans can't afford the cost of higher education in this country or the many, many years of student loan debt to get it. Immigration isn't the problem. The problem clearly the pervasive corporate-driven policies that dominate every aspect of life in the United States.

Without immigration, there would be no Trump. In fact many of us living in the US owe our lives to immigration, as our ancestors probably immigrated here at some point in time. I hate that some people (ahem, mr. Trump) forget this and think they somehow have racial supremacy over others. How is the human race so clueless?

We’re already doing everything we know how, but if the march was a fundraiser then the money can be used to research more ways to help.
