I was 225 and got down to 115, the last thing I ate was salad. I love veggies though.

I’ve been like 135 for a solid two years and I eat salad pretty much every day. Salad is good for you but not the best weight loss food unless you don’t use dressing.

I've been dieting for 9 months now - it's a slow go and I wanted to say I got this super fun book on Amazon called "Once Upon a Time in Beverly Hills" about a TV personality who's told to loose weight and what happens when she does - it's a great fun romp through the wild world of Hollywood and thinness! Wouldn't it be nice if we could eat anything all the time? Unfortunately, our bodies do not work that way. Things that are really bad for us taste like heaven in the mouth. Although things are really good for us it tastes like sawdust. If you are on a diet forever, these memes are for you!

I think that the best way to feed is with a "Keto Diet", this consists of eating the maximum amount of protein and healthy foods rich in fat such as fish, meat, avocado, eggs, cheese and fruits, while carbohydrates are restricted as cereals, flours, legumes, vegetables and fruits. This produces a weight loss more quickly than when resorting to a habitual diet.

It's a pleasure for me to write this testimony about how i got my Genital Herpes cured a month ago. i have been reading so many comments of some people who were cured from various diseases by Dr .Hazim, but i never believed them.
