Somewhere in China there is a factory, ok? So they are making some shirts or trousers or socks or whatever. Mostly they just go and by something of a popular brand then copy it. But one day they notice, that in western countries a T-shirt with a famous western actor or singer is very popular and they think: "BINGO! We will make THOSE!" And they go to the Internet and put in whatever search site they have something in Chinese, which translates to English something like "well-known western theatrical movie legend and superhero famous popular actor nice charming guy everybody love him and he is happy" And they see a list of actors and for some weird reason (like everything above is not weird enough) they see Buscemi pic on 1st place or they just peak him out of the bunch of the others. End of story.

My brother left me a really nasty review about me at the restaurant I worked at, I never discussed it with him. It could have gotten me fired, like three weeks before Christmas. My mother still invited him over for Christmas and we had to awkwardly exchange gifts. I printed his review, put in a gift card to the restaurant, then wrapped it up in a really hard to open package covered in zip ties, then wrapped it really fancy. It took him like 20mins to open, he was clearly intrigued and getting excited about what might be inside. Finally he opens it then he got real quiet and didn't say anything when he saw what was in the box, and didn't want to address it with my mother because it would reveal what an ass he was. Best part? The gift card in the box, with $25 written on it, was totally blank and empty, so it was as worthless as his opinions. Best gift I have ever given lol
