I'm glad I live alone - the bathroom door is always open, otherwise I'd have this times 3! 😲
Previously, we spoke with the artist, and she shared a comment about her work that stood out the most.
"Someone once called me the 'Princess of American Comics.' That was extremely flattering and ego-boosting! But on a more serious note, I think what always sticks out to me is when I meet people at signings and they tell me my comics have in some way helped them. That's the biggest compliment of all and makes me want to write more and more."
Since Sarah knows her way around the comic world, the artist offered valuable advice to beginners.
"Don't be a perfectionist. So many artists never post or complete their work because they're afraid it's not good enough. Just make stuff and post it and progress will happen! I also find having a posting schedule helps me get away from that mindset because it forces me to post even if I want to continue nitpicking at it," wrote Sarah.
Yup. My lap can be empty for hours, but as soon as I move my laptop onto it, bam! "Pay attention to meeeee, nyah!"
That's how we got our childhood cat. This kitten just randomly turned up. We took her in "for the time being" and that was that.
I finally gave in & put a mug of water on my nightstand just for them (My actual cup is further out of reach now.).
Cats don't trust standing water that we humans won't use. Our cats' inside water is a jug that sits high off the ground where humans are active so they can drink and watch from a decent height.
...like "Monkey-girl"when she tries to climb up the doorway...

Studies have actually shown that cats understand most of what their humans say, they just don't give a damn.
...which all cat owners already knew, so the study was unnecessary.
Load More Replies...Yeah, but...all mine come when called. Even my giganticat, Mercury, who's sweet, but a bit slow, bless his heart. 😍
And why? My ankles look like I have been through the jungle barefoot.
Cats have a way of u focusing their eyes that makes them look truly obtuse.
Mind you, your average human would also do something like this. "It's forbidden? That means it must be AWESOME!"
Oh boy is that a mixed bag! I've had some that would defend (and one did) and others who'd be terrified! Not that I got my dogs for that purpose!
Ain't that the truth. My current dog would let us be robbed blind as long as there were back scratches. And she has scars because she thinks every other dog will love to play if she just runs into them at top speed.
Load More Replies...My boy greets me at the door every single time I come home. If he is displeased with the amount of time I'm taking to get from my car to the door, he goes to the nearest window and screams full-volume at me with his Fran Drescher nanny voice until I come inside and worship his existence. 😸
